She's Got The Power
Catsy (A.K.A. Cooan) is the youngest of the Four Sisters; however, in the NA dub version, Catsy is the oldest. She has an attack similar to Sailor Mars' power. She fought against the Sailor Senshi along with her other sisters until she reformed when Rubeus deserted her, leaving her with a broken heart.
Birdie (A.K.A Beruche) is the third-youngest and the most strategic of the FOur Sisters. Her powers are similar to Sailor Mercury. She fought the Sailor Senshi until her sister, Catsy, convinced her not to ice herself to death. She wanted to die at the time because her other sisters, Prisma & Avery, abondoned her.
Avery (A.K.A. Karaberas) is the second oldest of the Four Sisters. She has no special attacks, but her whips make up the difference. She is equal to Sailor Venus. Avery fought the Sailor Senshi with her sister, Prisma, until Prisma turned on her her because of the strobe wand, given to her by Wiseman. .
Prisma (A.K.A. Petz) is the oldest and most powerful of the Four Sisters. Her powers equal Sailor Jupiter's. She always fight the Sailor Senshi with her sister, Avery, until Prisma used her strobe wand, given to her by Wiseman, on her sister. Unfortunately, Prisma failed, and Rubeus turned the strobe wand into a vortex that the Sailor Senshi dissolved with their Sailor Planet Power attack. Afterwards, Prisma & Avery joined her other two sisters to become ordinary humans.
Rubeus came to the present to find Rini and the Imperial Silver Crystal with the Four Sisters of the Negamoon. He controlled them under his whim though to him, they are worthless and dispensable. Eventually, he discarded the sisters and faced with the task of defeating the Sailor Senshi himself. Therefore, he attacked the city on his spaceship to bring the Sailor Senshi out of hiding. Without Sailor Moon, the Inner Senshi could not fight against Rubeus and ended up captured. Sailor Moon had to take on Rubeus by herself on the spaceship though Rini stowed away with her. While Sailor Moon & Rubeus fought, Rini wrecked the spaceship controls. The Sailor Senshi escaped, leaving Rubeus in the spaceship as it exploded in outer space.
Esmeraude succeeded Rubeus in the Black Moon Family's mission. She fought valianty to aid the Black Moon Family's cause; however, her motivation was her infatuation for Prince Demando. In the future, Esmeraude attack the castle as a giant dragon. With a rose to the dragon's forehead and Sailor Moon's "Moon Sceptre Elimination" attack, Esmeraude died, crying out Demando's name.
Saffir is Prince Demando's younger brother. He supplied Esmeraude with special statues to create negapoints in various spots in the city. One day, he overheard Wiseman talking about how he wanted to do away with the Black Moon Family, for Wiseman was using them like puppets. Saffir , then, sabotoged the palace and ran away to warn his brother. However, Wiseman killed Saffir before he could tell his brother about Wiseman's true intentions.
Prince Dimand is the most powerful of all the members of the Black Moon Family except Wiseman. Though Esmeraude expressed her feelings for Prince Demando, he only has one woman on her mind: Neo-Queen Serenity. When he learned that Sailor Moon is the past version of Neo-Queen Serenity, he tried swaying her to fall in love with him. Much to Demando's dismay, Sailor Moon would not falter. Wiseman tried to kill Sailor Moon with a fatal energy blast, but Demando jumped in the way, taking the full force of the blast. He died in Sailor Moon's arms, wanting to return to what was before he joined the Black Moon Family before he passed away.
The Black Lady (Wicked Lady in the NA dub is really Rini. Wiseman filled Rini's head with false memories, filled with sorrow and disdain. Then, Wiseman used his dark magic turn Rini into an adult, surging with dark energy. Wiseman used The Black Lady to destroy the world in the past, but Sailor Moon & Toxedo Mask manages to purge the false memories from Rini's head, and The Black Lady turned back into her normal self.
Wiseman runs the Black Moon Family. He is the most evil and the most powerful of all the Black Moon Family. He sent his underlings to the present to capture Rini and the Imperium Silver Crystal. However, many times, The Sailor Senshi thrawts Wiseman's plans, and ultimately, Sailor Moon & Rini defeated Wiseman with the Imperial Silver Crystals of the present and the future.
