 | This is Linaly, one of
the most prominent characters in the OAVs. Like her grandfather, she is a descendant of
Butz, one of the Warriors of the Crystal. She has the ablility to summon chocobos and can
use her earring as a compass. |
 | Pretz is a close friend
of Linaly. He is a fabulous swordsman who weilds a large murasume, rides a motorcycle
and uses living bombs. Like Linaly, he is a descendant of the Warriors of the Crystal.

 | Commander Valkis is an
army soldier of the kingdom of Tycoon. Always with a no-nonsense attitude on the outside,
he develops a crush for Rouge, a sky pirate. At first, he accused Pretz & Linaly of stealing
the four elemental crystals. Later, he realizes the higher workings of the crystals. |
 | Rouge, queen of the sky
pirates, was thought of the main enemy although her torture tactics were in question.
Always looking for treasure, she first incountered Pretz & Linaly, so she and her crew can
rob them of their belongings. Rough is the object of commander Valkis' affection. |
 | This is Linaly's
grandfather. In the beginning, he senses the troubles ahead and sets a trek to the Wind
Temple with his granddauughter, Linaly. However, an attack my a monster in a desert left
him immobile for awhile, and he could only help his granddaughter through a magic charm,
which in term, to Linaly's earring. |
 | Queen Lenna is the queen
of the kingdom of Tycoon. Not too much is known about her. |
 | Mid was one of the Valiants
Ones. 200 years ago, his grandfather, Cid (Shido) passes away. Mourning for his late
grandfather, an evil entity appeared. It stold Shido's brain and killed Mid without mercy.
200 years after his death, he resurfaces to help Pretz, Linaly, Rouge & Valkis save the
four crystals and to save his grandfather's spirit. |
 | What Rouge is holding
her hands is the legendary Flying Dragon, the great guardian diety of Tycoon. Although it
looks small and harmless, it can grow instantly to a giant adult dragon in minutes. The
flying dragon helped lead the Tycoon armies and Rouge's pirate crew to the Black
Moon. |
 | This is Deputy Commander
Gesh, second-in-command of the armies of Tycoon. He sounds similar to Valkis in his
no-nonsense tone of voice. |
 | Rahdevil is the main
enemy of the OAV series. It was he who stole Shido's brain, killed Mid, and stole the four
elemental crystals. Rahdevil's objective was to steal for four crystals, so he can assume
the title of Deathgyunos, Bringer of Darkness and Lord of Oblivion, so he could destroy the
world. |
