Some Dragon Quest 6 Tune...
Hello and welcome to my Dragon Quest 5 shrine. This is about IMO, the greatest RPG that ever made and that never hit the US. (What a terrible injustice!) First, a little bit about Dragon Quest: Dragon Quest was first released for the Famicom in Japan, made by Enix. It was a huge success. It was eventally ported to the US Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) as Dragon Warrior. It even spawned great sequels as well. The first 3 was a trilogy series known as the "Roto Densetsu", or Legends Of Roto (we all know this at the Legends of Erdrick). The next 3 were a totally different trilogy, know as the "Tenku" series.(Tenku means Heaven) The 1st of the Tenku series (Dragon Quest 4) was released in the US as Dragon Warrior 4, and it was also the last Dragon Warrior game to ever hit the US, thus the whole Tenku trilogy never made it to the US, because of Enix of America shutting down before Dragon Quest 5 or 6 ever made the US shores. If they did, they'd be known as Dragon Warrior 5 & 6. Notice the pictures on this page look rather familiar? All of the character designs of Dragon Quest & Dragon Warrior games are all done by Akira Toriyama. He is more famous with his anime series, Dragon Ball Z.
Dragon Quest 5 follows the story of the hero, the son of the prince of Granbania and his adventures through the world. He meets may companions throughout his adventures with his father Papas. Along the adventures, he makes many allies, including Bianca, a baby panther called Borongo, and Prince Henry of Reinhart. Why don't you look throught the many pics here, thanks to Dustin Hubbard (better knows as WierdMan of EFNet) for letting me use them. This is all the info and stuff I have so far. If you have anything else, especially a script dump of Dragon Quest 5, let me know. Of couse, credit will go to the one who made the script dump. I'd do it myself, but I'm too stupid to do something that complicated.
