Description:
Beginning with the contemporary landscape and moving backwards, this course
builds the historical knowledge, intercultural understanding, and political
principles needed today by citizens of a multi-religious America. The treatment
of religions will be guided by a distinctively American combination of principles:
unity in diversity, religious liberty, and the non-establishment of religion.

N.b., As an O Focus Course, 40% of the grade will be based on Oral presentations.
