Alan and Ann

Alan and Ann are space aliens that came to Earth under Queen Beryl's promises of vast amounts of energy. Their mission was to provide sustainance for the Doom Tree. They know that if the Doom Tree fails to receive the right energy and it dies, they will die as well.

They used Cardians to do their dirty work and steal energy from victims. Alan and Ann both disguised themselves as a brother and sister, Alan in grade 10 and Ann in grade 9, to cover up. Ann wound up in Serena's class and the two competed for Darien, while Alan had a crush on Serena.

Alan

Alan is the alien with the blue suit and the blue hair with pink streaks. He plays a flute to summon the Cardians and is often followed around by a swarm of girls at Crossroads High School. He falls for Serena, making Ann insanely jealous. Once, Lita invited him to lunch and introduced him to the joys and wonders of Earth food.

His song played with his flute is a haunting melody, but a sweet one at that. He fell for Serena, but she seemed completely oblivious to his affections.

Ann

Ann is the female alien with pink hair with blue streaks. She had a crush on Darien and she and Serena fought for him. Despite repeated failures, she didn't give up on it. She became very jealous when Alan became infatuated with Serena and often intervened when they talked.

Ann is stubborn and very bratty. She usually gets to pick the Cardians which Alan summons. In the end however, the two understand the meaning of love and live happily ever after.
