She has a very boyish personality, and enjoys dressing like a boy....and usually acts like one as well. Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus thought she was a boy before they knew the truth. Venus even thought she was the perfect man!!! As Sailor Uranus she is very aggressive, and a pretty good fighter...some say better than Jupiter, but I'm partial to Jupiter...
She is often annoyed by the Inner Scouts, especially Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon hates giving up anything, even for the planet. But Haruka WOULD make a sacrifice if she had to...which definately causes conflict.
Love life: She and Michiru, Sailor Neptune, are very close. They are more than friends despite what some say. They also help raise Hotaru (Sailor Saturn) after she is purified and turned into a baby. Uranus is known as "Haruka papa"...it's really quite cute. Once, she almost fought with Seiya over Michiru (he also thought she was a guy).

The outer senshi's mission is to protect the princess from invaders from outside of the solar system. This is why they do not like the Starlights, and forbid Usagi to see Seiya. They are very serious about protecting the Earth, and are each willing to sacrifice their own lives if it will save the other guardians. Because no matter what, the princess and the Earth must be protected.
