Raye is said to be the bad sailor scout. People say that because she's tried to take Serena's Moon Emperial wand, kick serena out of the sailor scouts, and generally tries to take the leadership role of all the scouts. I kind of like raye, because she's the only sailor scout who bothers to take charge in the group. She is sort of well.. bitchy, but everyone's different right? Raye's powers include, Mars Fire Ignight, which is her main power, Mars firebird strike her first super power which makes this big Pheonix bird (and you wonder why I like her) and Mars celestial fire surround which is her super duper attack, so to speak. But, getting back to why people don't like Raye, she did go out with Dairen (the love of serena's life) and there's a good explenation of that right here
