I know it's cheesy...but I was looking at my roomie's poster... =p

Footprints in sand and
Carvings on tree trunks
One is grown-up romance
The other childhood puppy love
The prints may be washed away
and mingle with the setting sun
But as long as you keep walking
The prints go on
Although the tree may be cut down
Chopped and burned
The warmth from the fire lights the night
And you can almost see the best moments of your life
Playing before your eyes
When you lay down to sleep
And the sound of the rising moon lures you
to blankness
You will remember the innocent first kiss
Vows unbroken
A tender love
