Dialogue Changes

• Trowa: "I've continually fought, and with each battle I've killed off..." Umm, OK, I don't think he trailed off here, but my notes do not include the rest of the sentence, which I believe was "a part of myself." I can't check right now since I'm thousands of miles away from my tapes, but I'll fix this eventually. Anyway, the important part (the dialogue change) is included, and in this case "killed off" was changed to "lost something."

• Doctor J: "Go ahead and kill us!" "Kill" was changed to "stop." Sorry, no cute comment this time :P (I know how you all love those, right?)

• Duo: "Damn! We're not fast enough." "Blast" continues its comeback and finishes of the series by appearing one more time.

• Zechs, to Heero: "Why don't you kill me?" This time "stop" just couldn't be stopped as it stepped up once more to take the job usually given the tired old "destroy."

Cuts

• 5 sec.: Uh, apparently, a shooting was cut out. Who was shooting who, I don't remember, because it's been a long ass time since I've seen this episode, but I believe it was Heero shooting at Doctor J.

In General

• And that's it for the TV series! Wow, over two years of letting these things just sit, and I finish up the last seven episodes in one afternoon (while in Japan, no less!) I've done all I can for now with this; I've heard that the episodes are no longer licensed to run on Cartoon Network, so I can't really do the ones I'm still missing unless someone has the edited versions to send me (I have the uncut ones); the episodes I need cut versions of are 27-29 and 31-33. At this point the best I can do is go through the uncut versions and speculate as to what I think might have been changed. Well, I had a pretty fun time doing this, even though sometimes the changes were baffling or rage inducing (do not use the "GD" word around me, ever!) Maybe I'll try again in the future with another series. But for now, please join me as I dance the eternal dance known as the Endless Waltz....
