Confused as to why? I'll help you out.
1. Growlithe doesn't like apples or sandwiches. It either took the pizza or the sodas. Patch's Pokémon, which is Charmander, didn't have anything with bread. Since pizza and sandwiches have bread, Charmander either had soda or apples.
2. Caterpie had the apples. Since Charmander either had soda or apples, and Caterpie had the apples, Charmander obviously took the soda. Since Growlithe either took pizza or soda, and Charmander took the soda, Growlithe must've had the pizza. Since the only Pokémon left is Jolteon, and the only food left is the sandwiches, Jolteon obviously took that. This is proved, that Drag's Pokémon, Jolteon, had nothing to drink.
