My Growlithe would take some cheese, sauce, and bread to make his own pizza. Charmander would take three dollars and run to town to get two 2-liter bottles of Pepsi. Caterpie would pick apples (kind of hard for someone with balls for hands!) at a nearby tree. Jolteon would made some ham+cheese and peanut butter+jelly sandwiches. Since we had an extra person, Light offered to send his Pidgeot with 4 dollars to buy some crackers and chips. We sent them off. The store was a few miles away, a long journey for Charmander and Pidgeot. It was hilarious to see Caterpie try to get apples down from the tree. Jolteon was whizzing along. Growlithe looked SO cute in his little chef hat while he used his own Ember to cook the pizza. Fifteen minutes later, we were enjoying the best meal ever! After we were done, Bigmoogle said, "Hey, which Pokémon finished their task first? It was Pidgeot, right?" "No!" I said, "It was Caterpie." "Uh-uh," Patch said, "Jolteon did." Light said, "I know who did." Before we could sask, he handed over the paper. "Here we go again," Drag grinned. (NOTE: Pokémon are Charmander, Jolteon, Growlithe, Caterpie, and Pidgeot. You should know who owns who! Times are as follows: 10:15, 10:45, 11:15, 11:30, and 12:00.) 1. Charmander came back later than Pidgeot and Growlithe. Growlithe didn't arrive at any time before 11:00. 2. The one who ran to make sandwiches didn't come back at 11:30. Pidgeot came back at 11:15. 3. Caterpie came back after Jolteon. Are you sure you have it? Please don't cheat. I worked hard on this! Okay, I trust you. Move on. This time, Bigmoogle was the first to shout out, "Got it!" Light smiled. "And what do you think?" Bigmoogle went 'ahem'. "Jolteon finished first at 10:15, followed by Caterpie at 10:45, Pidgeot at 11:15, Growlithe at 11:30, and Charmander at 12:00." "I was right!" Patch giggled. Light nodded.
