Microsoft FrontPad	This software program comes free with Internet Explorer 4.x.
	Notes: This is the downgraded version of Microsoft Frontpage 97. Just go to the Help\|Software Updates menu to download it.
	Pros: Web site creation tool with easy ActiveX, plugin, and script insertion.
	Cons: No FTP upload capibility. Web pages don't look as good in Netscape.
	Price: FREE
	Rating: 3 bullseyes.

Netscape Composer	This comes with Netscape Communicator 4.x.
	Notes: None
	Pros: Easily creates webpages. FTP Upload to web server of your choice. Webpages look good in both Netscape and IE.
	Cons: None
	Price: FREE
	Rating: 3 1/2 bullseyes.

Microsoft Frontpage 98	A deluxe web authoring tool with many advanced features.
	Notes: To fully experience the features of FrontPage 98, you need IE 4.x.
	Pros: Easy ActiveX, plugin, and script insertion. Advanced StyleSheet and DHTML authoring.
	Cons: Messes up your nicely formated code.
	Price: Aprox. $99 for full version, $55 for upgrade.
	Rating: 5 bullseyes.

Macromedia Dreamweaver	Advanced site creation tool with full support for HTML 4.0 specification.
	Notes: None
	Pros: Advanced, stylesheet, DHTML, and script authoring. Makes fully compliant HTML 4.0 pages. Doesn't mess with your coding at all.
	Cons: None
	Price: Approx. $99.
	Rating: 4 1/2 bullseyes.
