Dear Mr. Nielson: This is to express my support for the parole of Timothy J. Leon - C29681. I have been aware of Tim's case for several years. I have also reviewed several staff reports regarding Tim's behavior and his positive efforts to improve himself. In my opinion, he has demonstrated his readiness for parole and responsible living after release. I also personally know several of the people in Fresno that have expressed an interest in assisting Tim. They are people of integrity and if they say they will help Tim obtain employment, they will. I would be pleased to provide additional information if that would be helpful and I'm also pledging to assist Tim in any way that I can.
