Dear Sirs: I am writing this letter on behalf of my cousin Timothy Leon, C29681, who is scheduled to appear this year in regards to a parole hearing. I have know Tim all of his life and know of the circumstances that imprisoned him. Since I am a resident of Madera County I am willing to give Tim moral or any other support he will need to help start his life over again. I have lived in Madera County for fourteen years and have my own Flooring & Floor covering business. Licensed with the California State License Board [ ] in good standing since issued in 1987 and am married and have a loving & caring family. A daughter who is 6 years in first grade and a step daughter who is 22 years old working and studying to be a kindergarten teacher. I am buying 3 acres of land with two houses on it at [ ] and I will not hesitate to offer Tim a place to stay until we can find him a place of his own. As to my understanding employment in Oakhurst CA has been offered to Tim in the electronics field in which he has trained for all of these years. if not I will consider employing him myself as a carpet or a lino. apprentice Tim has expressed his concern for his previous problem with substance abuse. I am a recovering alcoholic with fourteen years sobriety.
