You are hereby licensed to: use the version of the ZX Spectrum Emulator computer program available from this site (the “software”) for an unlimited period; make as many copies of this version of the software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original version to anyone; and distribute this version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and|or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission from the author, with the following exceptions: The software may be included in its unmodified form, on freeware|shareware collections on CD-ROM and on magazine cover disks, without specific written permission.

Although it virtually cannot happen, I won't accept any responsibility for any damage to your system caused by zx32. If you are doing important work, just save it before starting the emulator.

You may distribute zx32 on any media, as long as you are doing it free of charge. The following exceptions are the only ones that apply, since I believe a reasonable amount of money is charged. In any other case you have to request my permission.

• You may distribute zx32 with any magazine.
• You may include zx32 in large enough shareware|freeware collections. This refers to, for example, winsite|cica mirrors on CD-ROM. You may not put zx32 on 'Three emulators and tons of Spectrum snapshots' CDs without asking me first.

In any case, if you're going to make the distribution packages available at your site; put them on CD or any other media; or redistribute them any further in any other way, then do the right thing and let me know|send me a copy, OK?
