Fremantle's 2008 season finished the way it had begun; with a game against Collingwood. This was the home game for Fremantle, so I only got to see it on TV. But hey, even getting to see it on TV is a minor miracle these days, so I should be greatful for small mercies.

Fremantle were definitely out of the finals races, so they were only playing for pride. Collingwood were in the finals no matter hwat happened.

Fremantle were up 5 straight to 1.4 at quarter time, and the Pies were never able to close that gap.

Final Score : Fremantle 12.8-80 defeated Collingwood 8.8-56
