#40 Wigglytuff

Height - 3'-03"                     Weight - 26.0lb                     Type - Balloon

The body is soft and rubbery.  When angered, it will suck in air and inflate itself to an enormous size.

This is the evolved form of Jigglypuff.  I didn't have mine grow at all so it is just as worthless as Jigglypuff.  I suppose it could be better if it were allowed to learn some abilities besides sing.
