#20 Raticate

It uses its whiskers to maintain its balance.  It apparently slows down if they are cut off.

Oh yeah, you can slow down your Raticate by cutting off it's whiskers? How do I do that?  Once again the same useless information in the description syndrome.   This is a great Pokémon to own, especially when raised from a low level Rattata.   When given the option to learn Super Fang be sure to take it.  This technique is indispensable when collecting Pokémon and fighting super powerful Pokémon.  No matter how strong the enemy or how weak the enemy, this technique always takes off half the enemies remaining life.  This is good for catching Pokémon because no matter how weak or strong they are you can lower their life to near nothing without killing the Pokémon.   On the other end, when fighting tough enemies like the elite four or Gary, you can easily and quickly weaken the enemy enough to finish it off with a quick attack or hyper fang attack.  This Pokémon is my third best Pokémon behind my new Mewtwo and Kadabra.
