So rare it is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen it worldwide.

This is the rarest Pokemon of all.   Currently only available through a mail away contest through Nintendo Power Magazine.  It was created after an experiment with Mewtwo.  It can use ant TM or HM.
