Tuxedo Sam is a very old character. His best friends are his brothers, Tam and Ham and a seal named Chip. Tuxedo Sam was born in Antarctica (South Pole) but he was educated in England. Tuxedo Sam wants to communicate with his friends all over the world so he is now learning to speak Spanish, Japanese and Russian!
