NEO-ARCADIA was first found in 1998 by under the name "ARCADIA" with the purpose of being the online gallery of Kei's fantasy CGs and original artworks. Until now, the purpose remains unchanged. Our philosophy to bring only the qualified works always be the first priority. NEO-ARCADIA has welcomed thousands of visitors, which is the milestone that we never expected before when the site was first established.
