Tomoe sent Kaolinite to do this, and Kaolinite found a lot of pure hearted humans, but the Sailor Scouts always destroyed the daimon. Two mysterious scouts arrived as well. They are Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus. They told the Sailor Scouts that it was their job to save the world, and to do this they must find the talismans. When Kaolinite found a heart crystal, Uranus and Neptune would always snatch the heart crystal and see if it was the talisman. But none of the humans had talismans sealed in their pure hearts. Not even the Inner Sailor Scouts had talisman in their pure hearts.

Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are really Michiru and Haruka. They are in tenth grade, and are friends with Mina, Lita, Raye, Amy, and Serena. When they first met Haruka and Michiru, they believed that Haruka was a boy. Mina, who had had a crush on Haruka, hoped that Michiru wasn't Haruka's girlfriend. Haruka played along with this for a while, not telling Mina she was a girl, but eventually she told her. Both are nice people in person, but when they transform into Sailor Scouts, they become enemies of Sailor Moon and are willing to sacrifice anything to get the talismans. They believe that the world will be destroyed if the Death Busters get the talismans, and that sacrifices are necessary.

In the episode where Serena had her pure heart taken out, Kaolinite discovered Serena's transformation locket, and thought that Serena was Sailor Moon. But suddenly Sailor Moon arrived. Or someone who looked very similar to Sailor Moon.

So Kaolinite wouldn't know Serena's identity, Sailor Venus had used the Luna Pen to disguise herself as Sailor Moon. As Serena looked on in dismay, the scouts told Kaolinite how Serena couldn't possibly be Sailor Moon.

Sailor Mars said: "How can somebody so klutzy and a cry baby be a Sailor Scout?"

Kaolinite, believing them, dropped the heart compact. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus were about to leave, but Kaolinite destroyed part of the building, and told the daimon to destroy the Scouts. Neptune and Uranus left, and Kaolinite ran after them.

As soon as Kaolinite left, Serena dove for her compact and transformed. They destroyed the daimon, and ran out onto the roof. Kaolinite was battling with Neptune and Uranus, and the Scouts joined the fight. Kaolinite created a shield around herself, and shot flying glass at the Scouts. Mercury said the only way to destroy her was to use Sailor Planet Power. While Tuxedo Mask distracted Kaolinite, the Scouts powered up and unleashed their energy at Kaolinite. She was badly wounded, and Uranus finished her off with her World Shaking attack. Kaolinite fell off Tokyo Tower to her death.

Annoyed at Kaolinite's failure, Tomoe handed the mission over to Eudial, one of the Witches 5. Eudial would first use a computer to find a human with a pure heart. Then she would use a gun, called the Heart Buster, that would extract someone's heart crystal when she shot it at someone. When she uses her Fire Buster, she yells "Witchy Eudial Fire Buster!"

Meanwhile Serena and Haruka have been trapped in a warehouse together by a monster. They both transformed and learned each other's identity.

Also, Reeny returned to the 20th century to receive training as a Sailor Scout. Her mother, Neo-Queen Serenity, told her that she must learn how to make friends. Reeny also became Sailor Chibi Moon, which translates into Little Sailor Moon.

After several failures at getting the talismans, Eudial made a program that would find the talismans. Haruka and Michiru had had a dream that something important would happen that day. They believed they would find the talismans very soon.

When Eudial returned and looked at her program, she was very surprised. She called Haruka, and told her that she knew Haruka's identity. She said she had found the owner of the talismans, and faxed them a map of the place to meet her. Haruka called up Serena.

Serena met Haruka and Michiru on top of an aquarium. Haruka, claiming they didn't want Serena to slow them down anymore, and took Serena's heart compact away from her. Haruka and Michiru transformed and left in a helicopter. Setsuna, an old friend of Haruka's and Michiru's, told Serena they went to a battle, and that they were in danger.

Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune went to the Marine Cathedral, a church under construction. They searched for Eudial, but she was in the control room. Eudial started moving blocks to attack Neptune and Uranus, and both of them used their attacks to destroy all the blocks but one piece. That peaice went hurtling toward Uranus. Neptune jumped in front and was smashed into the wall. Then, suddenly the wall and Neptune disappeared.

Eudial appeared and told Uranus that Neptune had the talisman and that if she wanted to watch Eudial take the talisman from her, go to the prayer hall.

Sailor Uranus rushed to the prayer hall, where Neptune was bound to a block. Uranus ran across a bridge, but tiny arrows starting hitting Uranus at all sides. Eudial told Uranus that she would take the second talisman first, the one in Uranus. Uranus was surprised because she didn't think she had a very pure heart. Eudial was about to shoot Uranus with her gun.

Neptune looked up and realized what Eudial was going to do, and broke free from the block. She ran across the bridge crying "Haruka!", but got hit by a lot of arrows. Still she struggled towards Eudial. Eudial shot Neptune, and her heart crystal came out. The heart crystal turned into a mirror talisman. Eudial was about to shoot Uranus, when Serena arrived and pushed Eudial off the bridge.

Sailor Uranus gave Serena back her brooch, and shot herself with Eudial's gun before Serena could stop her. The heart crystal turned into a sword talisman.

The scouts arrived, and Uranus told Serena to protect the Holy Grail, and to find the Messiah. She explained that when the Holy Grail was given to the Messiah, the world would be saved.

Eudial came back and took the talismans, and Serena transformed into Sailor Moon. Sailor Chibi Moon and Tuxedo Mask arrived, but Eudial sprayed some sticky stuff on the floor and everyone got stuck except for Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon ran across the sticky stuff by stepping on the stuck Sailors, and took off after Eudial. Sailor Moon and Eudial faced off, and each used their attacks. But Eudial's was stronger, and Sailor Moon was beaten.

Setsuna arrived and transformed into Sailor Pluto. The other scouts arrived, and Sailor Pluto said she had found the last talisman, indicating the orb at the end of her Garnet Rod. Eudial was glad since she wouldn't have to search for the third one, but Sailor Pluto told her that talisman's weren't for evil people like her.

The orb floated above Sailor Pluto's hand, and the two other talismans floated from Eudial's hands and formed a triangle. Sailor Pluto's tiara turned into her glowing planet symbol, and elsewhere so did Neptune's and Uranus'. The heart crystals floated back into their bodies, and they woke up.The talismans were recovered without anybody being scarified.

The talismans created the holy grail. Sailor Moon and Eudial both came after it, but Sailor Moon got to it first, and when she touched it she changed into Super Sailor Moon. Eudial attacked her, but Super Sailor Moon easily deflected it, and Eudial was blasted with her own attack.

Eudial got into her car and escaped. But Mimete, another one of the Witches 5, had rigged the car so the brakes didn't work. The car went off a cliff, and Eudial died. The sign reading Witches 5 was soon switched to Witches 4.

Super Sailor Moon lost her power and turned back into Sailor Moon. She was very tired.

Later we see Reeny has made a new friend named Hotaru. Hotaru is the daughter of Professor Tomoe, and has a strange power of healing wounds. She doesn't have many friends, and instead spends her free time in her father's manchine. Hotaru is very pale, and gets tired easily.

***flashback***
One day Hotaru was with her father in his lab. He was working on something very important, but something went wrong and everyone was killed except for him. Holding his dead daughter in his arms, he agreed to sell his soul to the Daimon Master for his daughter's life. His soul was possessed by the Daimon Master.
***end flashback***

Kaolinite had survived her fall from the Tokyo Tower. She spent her time in Professor Tomoe's manchine, keeping an eye on Tomoe and tormenting his daughter Hotaru.

The Witches 4 tried to get large amounts of heart crystals for their Anti-Messiah, but the Scouts saw through their attempts and destroyed them all. Soon getting rid of all the Witches.

Kaolinite captured Reeny and fed her heart crystal to Hotaru. Hotaru was possessed by Mistress 9. The Scouts took Reeny to Darien's apartment, and he linked his life force with Reeny's to keep her alive.

Tomoe congratulated Kaolinite on finding such a pure heart. While she was distracted Mistress 9 blasted her from behind, killing her.

Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus went to the Mugged Gakuen building where the Death Busters were summoning the Master Pharaoh Ninety. They were attacked by millions of daimons, and probably wouldn't have survived, but Sailor Pluto stopped time to save them. She teleported them inside the building, but had to leave for breaking a time taboo.

The Sailor Scouts had arrived at the building, and were attacked by the flood of daimons. They decided to combine their powers and use their "Sailor Planet Power" attack, but Mistress 9 appeared and grabbed Sailor Moon and disappeared. The Sailor Scouts were horrified, and realized they couldn't perform the attack.

Sailor Moon was in the building, and Hotaru spoke to her, asking Serena (not Sailor Moon) for the Holy Grail. Sailor Moon asked how Hotaru could know that she was really Serena, and Hotaru began to laugh and changed back to Mistress 9.

Mistress 9 attacked Sailor Moon relentlessly.

Meanwhile, neptune and Uranus defeated the Daimon Master with their talisman after he appeared from Professor Tomoe.

The Sailor Scouts outside decided to use Sailor Planet Power anyway but it didn't work. Each of them was attacked and hurt badly by the daimons.

Since the Daimon Master was destroyed, Professor Tomoe was no longer evil, and he tried to stop Mistress 9. But she was too powerful, and he was badly beaten.

Suddenly Hotaru started to take over and had memories of the people she cared for. She destroyed Mistress 9 and transformed into Sailor Saturn. Saturn teleported to Darien's apartment and returned Reeny's heart crystal.

The building they were in exploded. Sailor Moon, Neptune, and Uranus were all badly injured, and the Holy Grail was destroyed.

Sailor Saturn appeared to Sailor Moon, and told her she would destroy the Master Pharaoh Ninety by going in and destroying him. Saturn is the soldier of rebirth and distruction; she an destroy everything but in using her power she must also die. Sailor Moon tried to stop her because she felt no one needed to be sacrificed; everything would be fine if they worked together, but Saturn held up her glaive threateningly, then left.

Sailor Moon saw her friends, and couldn't believe it. Mercury, Mars, Venus, and Jupiter were badly hurt and almost dead. Sailor Moon was horrified.

Sailor Saturn jumped into the crater where the building use to be, and Sailor Moon tried to follow. She was blasted back, but cried out "Crisis, make up!" to turn into Super Sailor Moon. Nothing happened because the Grail had been destroyed.

Everyone leant Sailor moon their opwer, and suddenly her heart crystal appeared in front of her and she transformed into Super Sailor Moon. She passed through the crater and there's a huge explosion. Master Phataoh Ninety is destroyed.

Butterflies fly around Sailor Moon in the sky, and she is holding a baby in her arms. The baby is Hotaru- reborn to live the normal life that was stolen from her. Sailor Moon collapsed, and Neptune and Uranus took Hotaru away.

Neptune and Uranus dont believe Sailor Moon is their allie until she stands up and is about to fight them. That is when they bow to her and call her princess.

Haruka and Michiru visited Professor Tomoe in the hospital. Michiru showed Tomoe his daughter, and Tomoe was overjoyed to see her.
