One thousand years ago, during the time known as the Silver Millenium,

the whole Universe was at peace. And the Moon Kingdom, ruled over by

Queen Serenity, was the happiest place of all.

Her daughter, Princess Serena, was raised to follow in her Mothers

footsteps and rule over the Moon Kingdom. But she spent most of her time

staring at the Earth. Serena had fallen in love with Prince Darien.

One night, Prince Darien came with terrible news. Evil powers had taken

over Earth. An evil Queen appeared out of nowhere, no one knew where

she came from, and her warriors were very powerful.

The whole Universe was in danger, especially the Moon Kingdom.

Queen Beryl was planning on taking over the whole Universe, but she

would have to conquer the Moon first. Prince Darien was asked to

help defend the Moon kingdom.

And then they came, and the Moon was destroyed. It was no match for

Queen Beryl and her evil Warriors from the Negaverse. And just when

Queen Beryl was about to take Princess Serena and Prince Darien,

Queen Serenity used the last of her power to save them and stop her and

her evil forces. Queen Serenity used the Imperium Silver Crystal and

trapped Queen Beryl and her evil warriors in the power of the Crystal.

She sent Serena, Darien, and Serena's court to a new future on Earth.

None of them would remember anything about the Moon Kingdom

or Queen Serenity.

She also sent along Guardians Luna and Artemis (2 very special cats)

to watch over and protect Serena and her court. They would have everything

they would need and if the Negaverse ever broke free of the Crystal, they

would know what to do. They would have to teach Serena and her court to

defeat them. Serena and her court were also given the power to transform

into the Sailor Scouts!

And this is where our story begins...
