Prince Saphire is the younger brother of Prince Diamond and still honors him as the ruler of the Dark Negamoon Kingdom. He was in love with Prisma of the Four Negamoon sisters before she turned good and went to her for help when he was injured against Wiseman. He tried to warn his older brother of Wiseman's deceit, but Prince Diamond paid no attention to him. In the end, however, he was killed by Wiseman and died in Diamond's arms. Only then did Diamond really believe in what he was saying.
As he died, Prisma was looking out her window gazing out into the night sky. Then, a tear ran down her face as she realized that he had been killed. |
