Tsukino Usagi was an average girl, although she was a klutzy crybaby. One day that all changed. Usagi was late for school, as usual, she saw a bunch of kids torturing a black cat. Usagi ran over and scared the kids away and saw the black cat had a Band-Aid on it's head so she took it off to reveal a crescent moon on the cats head. The cat then jumped away and looked at Usagi, but Usagi ran away because she remembered she was late for school. Latter that day while Usagi was resting on her bed, the black cat that Usagi saved that day, came in through the window. The cat then started talking telling Usagi that her name was Luna and she was looking for Usagi. Usagi thought that she was dreaming and tried to fall asleep again. Trying not to let Usagi fall asleep Luna gave Usagi a brooch. Luna explained to her that there were a lot of problems going on around Tokyo, and Usagi was the one who had to beat this enemy, and her other mission was to find the Moon Princess. But Usagi wasn't Listening she was just playing with her new brooch. So Luna told Usagi to say "Moon prism power, make up!" to show her she wasn't lying. Usagi said this and she transformed into the fighter for love and justice, Sailor Moon.

Moon Princess

Tuxedo Kamen was hit by a spear and he fell to the ground. Sailormoon began to cry, when a tear came out, the nijizuishou that Kunzite was looking at floated off toward sailormoon. The nijizuishou gathered at Sailormoon's tear, and formed the ginzuishou. The ginzuishou took it place and the moon stick and it showed that the moon princess was Sailormoon. She got back some of her memory and remembered the time back on the moon kingdom and how Prince Endymion(Tuxedo Kamen) were lovers, and how she gave him his locket so he would always remember her. Then Artemis and Luna remembered that they used too live on a peaceful kingdom called Silver Millennium. All the girls lived there and the were all princesses of their own respected planets. One day an Evil force attacked and defeated most of the kingdom, so Selenity used the ginzuishou to trap the entire Moon Kingdom and the evil force from the dark moon and sent them to a new life on earth.

As the Moon Princess, Usagi is at her strongest form. This does not happen a lot because when ever she become the Moon Princess and fights she losses most of her power and then becomes Sailormoon again. To get to full power she must use the power of love and friendship.
