Basically, this game is a fun card game featuring Shinji, Rei, Asuka, Touji, Ritsuko, Misato, Kaji, Gendo and Kaworu. According to the Gainax website, here's the basic rule:

"The rules for the game itself are simple. Individual playing cards run in order from low to high, in this order: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q K A 2. When a player has played all of the cards which they were dealt at the beginning of the hand, they
  are out. The first player to go out in the first hand is Richest Man, followed by Rich Man, Poor Man, and Poorest Man. See? I told you it was simple."

Of course, I just quoted that, because I still couldn't understand any of it :-)

The minimum requirements for this game are: a Pentium computer with 16MB RAM, 640 x 480 resolution monitors, 5MB of disk space and of course, a Windows 95-J operating system.
