The most likely place to take Samurai Pizza Cats is Cartoon Network's Toonami. There it can reach to the entire U.S., not just your community. The slot it would go in would be the 4:30 one. That's the most transitional one and has the lowest ratings i believe. Now HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Please be very POLITE in your letters and only further Samurai Pizza Cats. Ask it to be put in the 4:30 slot of Toonami only. Getting many letters asking for that slot will increase chances of getting it on the air. Tell how much you love SPC and you'll watch it faithfully every day.
