T.C.A.L might be needing some help...

As i work more and more on the new layouts, the more ideas pop into my little brain of mine. And I might be needing some extra help with this site. Mainly for reviews. Both site reviews and anime reviews, and the like. I don't know if i do need help or not. I have been managing this site for 3 years on my own.
But I think that it would be pretty cool to have some people work with me, on the site.

I do not need help with the site itself. I am pretty picky about the images on my site--did you see my old layouts?
You could probably see why, i am picky about how my new layouts & images look. If you would like to have a job with this site, please keep reading.
As i said above, any reviews would be great. You will probably have more than 1 job with T.C.A.L
You might do an anime review, and at the same time, review a website for an award.

I will be needing at least 4-6 people. (an even number would be best) I will be choosing the people. If I do not choose you, please don't get mad at me and threaten me. o_O;

Requirements:

Must have a vast knowledge of all kinds of anime.--If you have only seen an anime on Toonami, I cannot hire you. It would be very hard to review an anime without seeing it and without seeing it in the original Japanese.
Must know about websites and different kinds of website content.
Thats all of the requirements i can think of, right now. :p

If I do hire you, you get to pick what kind of 'icon' thingy you want. And a nickname if you want one. The icon can be of anything,--NO hentai of any kind!!!! O_O-YUCK!
The icon will help others and visitors of the site, to identify you.
