Shinomori Tetsuya. Very VERY little is known about him so far, except that he drives vans up to his parents' resort for a living. He is Aoshi's brother and a lot like him. The same mysterious aura and the same affinity with always wearing sunglasses no matter what time of day.
Tetsuya has a REALLY nice luxurious van that he drives plus a lot more like his brother.
