Hikitsu! He's a Genbu Seishi and he protects the Shinzaho in the Genbu Caverns in the Hokkan Mountains. He is cold and seems like an enemy at first as he protects the Shinzaho fiercely for the past Genbu No Miko. He believes our Genbu Seishi are Seiryuu Seishi since he can sense 'Kaen' outside. He traps Usagi in ice and puts the Seishi through a lot until they finally proove that they're Genbu Seishi. Then he softens and lets them in for the Shinzaho.
Hikitsu conjures ice serpents to send after his opponents using telekenisis. He can do most anything with ice and he's an ubeatable opponent due to the fact that he's a 'thought form' and has no physical body. His Seishi Symbol means "Dipper" and it's located on his right eye.
