What Happened : Hotaru and Mamoru woke up in the waiting room. Both of them confused, Mamoru went to the front desk to talk to Lauren about where the others were as Hotaru pulled a blue bandana from her pocket. Hotaru began to wonder about what happened and how she escaped then she spotted Mamoru and ran over to hug him. Mamoru learned from Lauren that the others had escaped... and he said they should go look for them, when Hotaru pulled him outside.
As they did this Haruka woke up to Michiru saying something like "Oh... Mr. Kou." She slowly got up out of bed, trying not to wake Michiru. Michiru opened her eyes and giggled, saying she was teasing Haruka. Haruka chuckled and walked down to Hotaru's room to check on Setsuna, she smiled and told the sleeping Setsuna to get a good rest. She then walked back to her room and changed into her running clothes. Michiru offered to make her breakfast, but she declined, saying she'd rather Michiru just watch over Setsuna. She walked outside, strapped on her helmet and went for a FAST ride around town. While Michiru went to Hotaru's room to check on Setsuna.
Meanwhile, back on the Starlight Mobile, Taiki woke up and woke Lisa up. He told her to head to the temple. So, they did. Yaten woke up for a minute, looked out the window, then fell back asleep. Taiki then told her to take them somewhere for breakfast, right when Lisa pulled up at the temple. Lisa started protesting, and seeing that they were already at the temple, Taiki took back the order for now. A man stood on the steps waving at the bus. Taiki looked out the window as Seiya woke up, then got out of the bus to take a walk. He spotted the man on the steps and asked him if he was a fan. The man (Aoshi) said he wasn't, but asked if Seiya knew Setsuna, Michiru, Ami, and Haruka. Seiya said he sort of knew them, when Taiki said he had no clue who they were. Aoshi asked if they could take a message to them for him. Seiya asked him "what's yer name son?" Aoshi looked at him oddly and said "Son? I'm 26." Then he told his name, and when Seiya asked for a last name, he told him it was Shinomori. Taiki hopped back onto the bus. Seiya extended a hand, introducing himself and Aoshi shook his hand, getting impatient with him. Aoshi told Seiya that his message was that he wanted to invite them all up to his parents' resort in the mountains. Aoshi said that if they helped him out, he'd invite them up there too. A small group of fans started running at the Starlights and Seiya yelled for Aoshi to get in the bus quick and he'd take them to who he was looking for. Aoshi boarded the bus with Seiya and Lisa quickly got them out of there.
While that crazy scene played, Setsuna woke up and Michiru offered her some tea. They went out to the kitchen and had some cups of tea as Setsuna asked Michiru about what happened. Michiru gave her a brief, vague answer then said she had to run down to the photo lab, she quickly rushed out to the photo lab.
After that, Hotaru and Mamoru started walking towards the temple. Hotaru suddenly thought she should call home first and see if they wanted her home. They found a payphone and Hotaru called home, reaching Setsuna. Setsuna seemed happy at the child's phone call. Hotaru asked her if she was free, since she really needed someone to talk to. Setsuna asked where they were and Hotaru said a phone booth, then she asked Mamoru where they were quietly. Mamoru looked confused and babbled some things about there being no phone booths around. Setsuna asked Hotaru if she knew how far from the house she was. Hotaru didn't know so Setsuna asked to speak to Mamoru and Hotaru handed the phone to him. Setsuna told him to look at the blue strip on the side of the phone booth and read the four digit number there. Mamoru told her it was 2, 5, 8, 3. Setsuna facefaulted and told Mamoru to look across the street at a green-haired woman looking out her window at him. She asked if he could see her. Mamoru waved from the booth and said "Yep! Hi Setsuna!" Setsuna waved back and told him to please come back to the house. They both hung up, Setsuna facefaulted some more, and Hotaru and Mamoru walked over to the house. Hotaru got inside and hugged Setsuna, she started asking Setsuna questions about what happened. Setsuna tried to avoid them as much as she could.
Back on the Starlight Mobile, Taiki told them to go get some breakfast as Aoshi began to get irritated at the long wait. Lisa turned into a Denny's and hopped out to get a HUGE breakfast with Taiki. Haruka drove by and spotted the Starlight Mobile then pulled up next to it and took her helmet off. Aoshi looked out of the bus and asked if that was Haruka since he vaguely remembered her. Seiya said it was some guy on a motorcycle coming in for breakfast then took another look and said "my god... it is her..." Seiya got out of the bus and waved stupidly at Haruka as she rolled her eyes at him. Aoshi got out and walked over to Haruka. Haruka asked him who he was, he said Aoshi then he asked her if she knew Setsuna, Michiru and Ami. Haruka eyed him suspiciously asking him why he wanted to know. He told her he wanted to invite them all to his parents' resort in the mountains. Seiya said it got better and that he was going. Haruka then said she was definitely NOT going then. Seiya said there were sure to be CROWDS of GIRLS. Haruka looked Aoshi up and down and offered to lead the way to her house, she put her helmet back on. Taiki and Lisa ran back out and boarded the bus, still eating. Seiya and Aoshi hopped on the bus too. Haruka revved up her bike and SPEEDED home. Lisa had a hard time keeping up and almost spazzed out. Eventually they made it to the house, and Haruka led them to the front door.
Inside the house, Hotaru froze with fear when Setsuna said she thought Haruka was home now. She ran to her room and slammed the door shut, as Setsuna ran after her and Mamoru went to go open the door for Haruka. Haruka and the others came inside and Haruka went to stand outside Hotaru’s door with Setsuna, asking about what was going on. Setsuna took Haruka’s hand and asked her to show her the new guests. Haruka led her down the hallway to the main room where everyone was gathered. Aoshi smiled when he saw Setsuna and greeted her. She seemed somewhat startled but greeted him too. Mamoru said he had to go get everything together at his apartment, said goodbye and left. Aoshi repeated his request about going up to his parents’ resort as Haruka kept looking from Aoshi to Hotaru’s door and back and Setsuna talked with Aoshi and Seiya "basked in his own glory". Haruka walked back to Hotaru’s room and gently knocked on her door. Hotaru told her to go away and so Haruka went back to the main crowd. Setsuna inquired when the trip was and Aoshi told her now. Seiya suggested they all take the Starlight Mobile! ((Oh boy…)) Hotaru peeked out her doorway at the visitors, curiously. Setsuna noticed her and motioned for her to come over. Once she found she was discovered Hotaru slammed her door shut again. Meanwhile, Makoto finally came back from that Loooong trip to the snack machine. She talked to Lauren for a moment then decided to go to Haruka & Michiru’s house. Haruka answered the door once she arrived and invited her in. Once she got inside she kind of blanked out, and Haruka led her to the couch and sat her down, as she stayed like that the rest of the day. ((Must be that she’s thinking about some guy and kind of went WAY zoned, yeah yeah that’s it ^_^;))
While this happened Setsuna talked to Hotaru through her door, saying that she’d buy a big bag of lollipops for Hotaru if she’d come on the trip. Haruka went to go sit on the couch next to Makoto as they waited for Setsuna to come back. Seiya asked Aoshi where he was from and Aoshi said from very far away, but his parents have had the Shinomori Resort for years. Seiya kept asking if he’d seen Aoshi on t.v. or something… ((Heheh, only if Seiya watches Kenshin ^_-)) Setsuna came back to the main crowd and told Aoshi she couldn’t come and that everyone else should go and send her a postcard or something. Haruka slammed a fist into the couch cushions then stood up and faced Setsuna, saying : "First… you better explain something…" Setsuna asked what it was, a bit startled. Haruka nodded towards Hotaru’s room. Setsuna shook her head defiantly and told Haruka she had nothing to say. Haruka clenched a fist and walked out the front door, slamming it behind her. Aoshi looked at Setsuna, asking if she was leaving him with Seiya and Haruka… Setsuna said she was sorry and that she thought it was best they all leave. Outside, Haruka kicked the Starlight Mobile’s tire and Seiya ran out to investigate when the car alarm went off. Aoshi handed Setsuna a business card and told her to ask them for Eagle and they’d come right up. He said he was sorry she couldn’t come, and she was sorry too. He dragged Taiki outside and into the Starlight Mobile. Haruka put her helmet on and got onto her bike as Seiya boarded the bus too. Setsuna ran to the door and threw it open then shouted Haruka’s name. Haruka just looked over at her silently. Setsuna went over and stood in front of Aoshi who was standing at the top of the steps in the bus. She said she was going but she wasn’t sure if anyone else was. Aoshi looked happy at the new choice and motioned her onto the bus. Haruka asked about Hotaru and Setsuna said that, "If you’re so determined to be so damn stubborn and hotheaded, you can stay with her." She also said that Michiru would be home soon anyway. Haruka told her "Fine, know what… to hell with it, just go." Then she tossed the helmet at Setsuna and headed for the house. Setsuna caught the helmet, burning inside and told Haruka that there was one more thing. Haruka stopped without turning around and asked what. Setsuna asked her if she knew why Hotaru wouldn’t come near her, then she told Haruka that Hotaru was afraid of her. Haruka bit her lip and asked "What?!?" disbelieving what she just heard. Setsuna told her "So I guess you’re getting your so-needed truth now." Haruka practically shook with anger and walked inside, slamming the door again. Setsuna put the helmet down on Haruka’s bike then boarded the bus with the others.
The bus started on its way to the mountains.Haruka leaned her forehead into the back of the door once she got inside and swore as tears rolled down her cheeks and she hastily wiped them away. Hotaru was in the kitchen getting an ice pop when she thought she heard something so she went exploring. She spotted Haruka next to the door and ran back to the kitchen. Once she decided it was probably safe she went back to where Haruka was now standing and still leaning against the door. Hotaru approached her and told her that she needed some answers. Haruka wiped the remaining tears away and stayed facing the door, then asked her what about. Hotaru narrowed her eyes and asked Haruka if she was crying. Haruka shouted "No!" then toned it down and repeated that she hadn’t been crying. Haruka turned around and faced Hotaru, stone-faced. Hotaru asked her if she was evil or not. Haruka said that of course she wasn’t evil. Haruka asked her if she had any more questions and Hotaru said no… Haruka said she was going out back for awhile and Hotaru shrugged then walked back to the kitchen.
Back on the bus, Setsuna asked Aoshi how he had gotten into cab-driving, Seiya popped up and said something about "lllllloooovee…" Setsuna tried to smack him, but he ducked. So she made her Time Staff appear and swiped at him with that, missing. Aoshi looked startled at the Time Staff appearance and Setsuna just said it was a gift from someone then handed it to him to try it out. Aoshi tried whacking Seiya with it and hit him on his first try. Seiya grew a big bump on his head saying "OOOOrooo…." Later on Aoshi asked Seiya about his band and Seiya asked Aoshi where he had gotten the cool trenchcoat. Aoshi said it was "gift" and winked at Setsuna. Seiya then asked if he was a fighter in his spare time and Aoshi said there was a training facility up at the resort. He then told Seiya after some prying that he’s "kick ass" with a piece of steal. Setsuna smiled then asked Lisa if they had a phone and Lisa said of course they did. Seiya talked to her about always killing his phone bill by calling those 1-900 numbers. Setsuna took the phone and called the Tenoh residence. Haruka walked over to the phone and picked it up and Setsuna asked to talk to Hotaru. Haruka set the phone down, told Hotaru it was for her then walked outside to the back of the house.
Setsuna talked to Hotaru about how what happened weren’t Haruka’s fault and that she wasn’t exactly sure why she was calling. They talked about Hotaru’s capture. And about how Setsuna thought it was her fault for letting Hotaru get taken and Hotaru thought it was her own fault for not running away. Hotaru asked how she escaped and Setsuna didn’t know how. Setsuna invited Hotaru up to the resort again and Hotaru said she’d like to come, but not until she got some answers. Right about then they arrived at the resort. Aoshi hopped off to go prepare things. Seiya gave Lisa a vacation and she hopped off with him. Attendants came up to them, asked if they needed anything, then they all dragged Lisa to the pool and threw her in, trying to cool her off. ((She’d been majorly… ahem… well… strange O.o)) Setsuna asked if Hotaru would go get Haruka so she could talk to her and that if Hotaru didn’t want to, then that was fine. Hotaru put the phone down and ran outside to go find Haruka.
While they were all talking and arriving at the resort Haruka had gone outside and had punched the training punching bag out there and eventually ripped it to shreds. ((Can we say 11 12 roll? ;) )) She heard Hotaru call her and went inside after Hotaru told her that Setsuna wanted to talk to her. Setsuna told Haruka how to reach her and Haruka didn’t offer much conversation. Eventually they both hung up.
Aoshi came back and told Setsuna about the place. It was a HUGE resort with many luxurious facilities, with beautiful atmosphere and many happy people around. It was the kind of resort reserved for those who are extremely wealthy. Aoshi told her about the training hall, pools, sports complexes, and hot springs. She asked to go lay down and Aoshi led her to her room, which he said was one of the best in the place. It was about a 4-person room. Seiya woke up and found his way to the room where Setsuna and Aoshi were. He said they should all go to the swords room, and so they headed for the sparring hall.
Back at the Tenoh Residence, Hotaru asked Haruka if they could talk again. Haruka sat back down on the couch and agreed. Hotaru sat away from Haruka and asked if she was angry with her. Haruka told her no… then Hotaru asked if she remembered taking her henshin wand. Haruka said that she didn’t know. Hotaru said that she knew Haruka was tired but she needed some answers. Haruka shouted that she didn’t know. Hotaru said to nevermind then… Haruka said Hotaru’s name and Hotaru said she was sorry. Haruka said "No… I am..." Hotaru told Haruka that she was very frightened of her. Haruka asked why and Hotaru said her last memories of her were horrible, but that she seemed different now. Haruka reached a hand out to her and asked her if it looked like she would hurt her willingly. Hotaru replied yes… Haruka sighed, stood up and started towards her bedroom. Hotaru asked her not to leave. Haruka turned around and kneeled in front of Hotaru, just looking at her. Hotaru reached a hand out to touch her face and looked into her eyes, trying to figure it all out. Hotaru eventually threw her arms around Haruka and hugged her with all her strength, crying. Haruka just held her quietly. Haruka told Hotaru that all of the senshi were made to fight each other. Hotaru looked shocked but said she believed Haruka. Hotaru said she needed some rest, smiled at Haruka and told her it was good to have her back then went to her room and laid down. Haruka went to hers & Michiru’s own room to lay down.
Back at the training hall at the Shinomori Resort, Aoshi spun a katana around for minute then handed Seiya a wooden sword. He asked Setsuna if she wanted to join but she declined. Aoshi and Seiya sparred with the wooden swords after Aoshi put the katana away. Aoshi blocked all of Seiya’s attacks, some without even looking. He smacked Seiya in the knees once, gave him some tips then told him to fight one of Aoshi’s students. A young girl that Aoshi called Ayanami stepped up and sparred with Seiya. He hit her once, she hit him once, but otherwise they always missed until Aoshi stopped them. They figured that was enough training for one day and Aoshi headed for the pool when Setsuna headed for their rooms and Seiya headed for the pool too. Aoshi swam a couple laps and ChibiChibi appeared on the side of the pool. ((She can do that you know… I guess…)) Aoshi invited Seiya and Chibi in, and they both accepted. Seiya changed into his Starlight trunks then did a cannonball into the pool as ChibiChibi floated on the water like a balloon. Setsuna contacted Haruka via mind-link and told her everything she knew about what happened. Haruka thanked her vaguely then they said goodbye. Setsuna changed into her bathing suit and went out to join the others in the pool. They raced, splashed, tried dunking each other etc. At one point they dove underwater and Aoshi retrieved a deep green gem from a compartment underwater then gave it to Setsuna. After that they all got out and tanned. ((Well in Seiya’s case… Buuurned.)) Seiya fell asleep in the sun and Setsuna covered him with a blanket to keep him from getting fried. They also dragged ChibiChibi out of the water and put a blanket over her too. Aoshi and Setsuna talked for awhile then decided to go inside, Setsuna picked up ChibiChibi and Aoshi carried Seiya with one arm. ((10 9 roll ^_^)) Setsuna got far enough ahead of Aoshi, put ChibiChibi on one of the beds then disappeared into one of her time portals, as Aoshi followed unknowingly.
Back at the Tenoh’s again, Haruka got up, feeling VERY sick and walked to the kitchen to get some glasses of water, she stood over the sink then passed out with her head in the sink. Michiru came home from the photo lab and pulled her away from the sink then sat her down on a chair. They talked about a couple things then Michiru showed Haruka the new pictures. Eventually a portal appeared in the middle of their living room and Setsuna stepped out of it. She inquired about how Hotaru was doing and Michiru told her she was sleeping as Haruka said very few words to Setsuna. She asked her where she put her helmet and Setsuna told her where. Haruka then stood up, brushed past Setsuna coldly and walked out to her motorcycle. Haruka took a ride around town VERY fast as Setsuna talked to Michiru about how Setsuna thought Haruka hated her, how Aoshi had invited them up to the resort, etc. Setsuna asked if they could drag the others up there. Michiru said she’d try then Setsuna went back through the portal to the resort. When she got back Aoshi had gone back to his own quarters.
On Haruka’s ride through town she was very preoccupied with thinking, and she tried jumping over some debris. She hit the ground wrong and skidded into the sidewalk. She got pissed at her bike, and walked to sit on the side of the road. As she was sitting some guy walked by and tossed a quarter into her helmet. Haruka almost stood up and threw it back, but decided against it. Instead she flipped it, it came up as heads and she walked back to her bike then dragged it home. Once home Michiru told Haruka about the invite to the resort. Haruka said they should go now, she called the number and asked for Eagle. A van was there within minutes, Haruka carried Hotaru with her and Michiru held Haruka’s hand as they got in the van and the driver named Tetsuya drove them to the resort. They got out, made their way to the room where Setsuna and the others were and dropped Hotaru off in a bed there. Michiru said she got a headache and went to go lay down in the room next door. Haruka said a few things to Setsuna of no real importance and then followed Michiru. She pushed two of the single beds in the room together, then laid down next to Michiru and tried to sleep.
