Chichiri! He's a Byakko Seishi and when we first meet him... he wishes he wasn't. Chichiri is the first person that Haruka, Setsuna, Seiya, Mamoru, Minako, and Hotaru meet in "Ancient China". Chichiri can teleport people when he's feeling well. Using his "bucket-hat", cape, and staff. Chichiri can also put up shields of energy to protect others. He also uses focused chi for an attack, which is 2d30. He's a very good magician. His Symbol is located on his knee and it means "well".
