Tsukino ChibiChibi. She's the cute little Sailor Senshi that joins our other senshi in the Stars series. In the anime she doesn't such much besides a few little phrases here and there and "Chibi!" in the manga I'm told she says more... though what I've read she's only repeated people and said the infamous "Chibi!"
ChibiChibi has her umbrella, and I thought she had a wand too but I'm not sure. And she seems to have an endless supply of donuts for some reason ^_^;

I love being in the past with everyone here that I love, even though they underestimate me because I look so young. But in the future I'm Usagi-chan's ::flexes:: Ultimate Form!! I spend most of my time with Usa-chan and Usagi-chan, and I live with them. However, sometimes I'll spend the night with Mamo-chan. I have "issues" with the Lights, and a favorite hobby of mine is to beat them with the mighty thwacking umbrella. I also like to watch Haruka-san and Michiru-chan together (they're a beautiful couple). Last, and not leastest, is Hotaru-chan!! She's one of my best friends with Usa-chan.
