Purpose:
The purpose of this webring is to connect pages that have Sailormoon movie files on their pages for download.  In connecting these pages together, hopefully this will make the demand for Sailormoon more obvious.
 

Inspiration:
The inspiration for this webring is the event of the closing of the website Ms. Haruna's Homeroom, probably one of the biggest, if not THE biggest site of downloadable Sailormoon movie files.
 

Why exactly:
Many people that have Sailormoon pages have them on servers that provide the space for free, but in limited amount.
Those who have pages on servers that provide the page at a low cost have not as limited space, but definitely limited bandwidth (and should the bandwidth increase, they are charged more).  If a ring like this is formed, people can go to pages of people who have movies like they would go to the next page in one big site (like the present former-Ms. H's Homeroom).
