Well, the best regular character in DragonballZ, and the strongestt character this side of Ryo-Oki(ship form), the Goku varient is very, very powerful. So what if it dosn't change at Full Moon, he can turn into the Super-Saiyan, which is the strongest character in the game. With power up, he is Unstoppable. Being a Rare is always kind of stinky, but even so, th common one is a 5/5. But that's a whole other review :-). Overall, an awesome card that can be added to any deck with amazing results.
