A very straight forward card with a very straight forward use. Adding one to the Health of all the characters at a location may seem a really good thing, but is it really? If your going to get bonked, usually one health is not going to help you. If your dying, one health will not usually help you either. It could, but it would be very rare that that situation would arise. Overall, a pretty limited card. Also, two uses sucks.
