Well, this is an interesting Location. Only one Character in Dragonball can Scavenge it alone(Bulma), and Nail and Yajirobe can Scavenge it together. So what do you get from it? Well, aside from the regular Item (If you get through the Disasters), you can search your way through your Draw Pile, grab a perice of Equipment, and slap it on any Charater that's at the Location. In DBZ, there is not that many good Equipment, other than the Power Pole and Namek Ship. It might be pretty useful in a Bubblegum Crisis deck, but for Dragonball only, not one of the best choices.
