At this point in life, I have learned that people, even good friends, don't stay forever. I have had great friends, but despite my honest efforts in keeping them, they sort of just drifted away. I will always remember them with a smile for the happy times. I tell myself that I should be glad I have fond memories to fall back on, and I should move on. Now I am ever more demanding of those who are still around, and I remind them constantly, YOU ARE LOVED BY ME.
