Chapter 1

All is normal on New Thundera. Life is bustling throughout the planet. All goes well. However, that had to change.

One day, while everyone slept, a space pod came down from the heavens and landed one mile south of the New Cat's Lair. The blast was heard for miles around. After awhile, the dust settled and in the crater, the space pod opened up. A lonely figure came out. It was a man donning armor, tall black spiked hair, and wearing a scouter on the side of his head. His name was Vegita.

"Ahh... so this is New Thundera. I heard so much about this planet. Now, if what I've heard about this planet is true, this planet's Dragon Balls should be somewhere on this planet." Vegita said to himself. "Now... I wonder if there is there is anyone around here that can sharpen my claws on." Vegita turned on his scouter. His scouter found people with a power level of 950 and above one mile north from where he was... ironically, it's at the New Cat's Lair. "A power level of over 950? How saddening." Just then, his scouter picked up three power levels, averaging at 1200 each. "1200? This seems interesting. I should check this out. This could be interesting." Vegita then flew north to where he discovered the power levels.

Meanwhile back on the New Cat's Lair, the alarms inside were going crazy. Everyone woke up from the intensive noise. Lion-O, Hystalin & everyone else inside ran to the control room and found what was going on. "Who is that?" Ailura said in disgust. Krysa said, "I'm not sure, but whoever he is, he sure is having a bad hair day."

While they watch, Vegita flew through the air and threw some power blasts at the New Cat's Lair. It caused some major structural damage. "Whoa! How did he do that?" Panthro said in both awe and anger. "We've got to stop him before he destroys the planet!"

Nocti, Hypnos & Orintha woke up and asked the others what was going on. Hystalin asked them to stay inside the New Cat's Lair. She said that there is some monster outside wreaking havoc and that she wanted her kids to stay inside for their safety.

Vegita continued to pummel the New Cat's Lair until Lion-O, Hystalin, Ailura & Krysa stepped out. Vegita looked down to see the group that welcomed them. "Well, well... look who's here to welcome me." Vegita said. "You! What business do you have here?" Lion-O shouted. Vegita heard what Lion-O said and came down to the ground.

"So you are the rulers of this planet, am I right?" he said. Lion-O asked him what business does he have here and his name. "My, how rude of me. If you must know name name, it's Vegita. I've come here in search of Dragon Balls, and I will not let anyone get in my way." Lion-O told Vegita that there are no Dragon Balls on New Thundera. "Oh but you're wrong! In fact, my little scouter indicates that one of the Dragon Balls is located inside your building. Now how about giving it to me before I reduce your structure to dust?"

Lion-O, Hystalin, Ailura & Krysa took a defensive stance as they were saying with their body you'll have to fight us first'. Vegita turned on his scouter and scanned the group's power levels. "HAHAHAHAH!!! You are so naive. The young male redhead have a power level of only 950, but the three females have power levels of 1200. You do not have a chance to beat me... even with that piece of metal."

The first one to fight was Vegita & Krysa. Krysa started with a jumping punch, but Vegita moved out of the way and struck with a karate chop to the back. Krysa got up and did a roundhouse kick and a sparrow fist. Vegita blocked the attacks easily and counterattacked with three fast punches and a high kick. Krysa flew back and landed safely and then attacked by using her long hair as a weapon. Krysa used her hair as a whip on Vegita. However, Vegita caught caught the long tuft and spun Krysa for awhile until throwing her off several feet away. Krysa fell down unconscious and bruised.

"That was so weak. I didn't even build up a sweat. Who wishes to throw their life away and fight me this time?" mocked Vegita. "I WILL!" shouted Ailura. Vegita took a good look at Ailura and turned on his scouter a second time. "What a shame... another power level of 1200."

The fight between Ailura & Vegita began. Ailura began by powering up a magic spell. This caused a reaction with Vegita's scouter. "What? This girl's power level is rising! It... it's up to 1750! How can this be?" Ailura shot a magic lightning blast at Vegita, her 'Bolt of the Gods'. Vegita was quick to fend off the attack. He literally pushed it out of the way. "What? Impossible! How can you fend off the 'Bolt of the Gods'?" Ailura shouted. "You are weak cat girl! Very weak. If you wish to fight me, DO IT IN HAND TO HAND COMBAT!" Vegita taunted. Ailura ran to Vegita and the fight was about to begin.

"This fight bores me. I'm through with you cat girl!" Vegita threw a blast of energy that vaporized Ailura in her tracks. Lion-O & Hystalin were completely shocked. "Now to fight the two of you. Shall I get the Dragon Ball myself or shall I just kill you first?" said Vegita. Hystalin was ready to fight.

"My my... you look awfully familiar." Vegita said. "You look like as if you have a bit of Saiyin in you." Hystalin relaxed a bit and responded. "I have no Saiyin's blood in me! I am a pure-blooded Angeleese warrior!!!" shouted Hystalin. &"You're from Angelus, right?" asked the Saiyin. "So what?" Hystalin replied. "Did your mother tell you of the legend of Forsef, the only deserter of the Saiyins?" "You got to be fucking joking!" the Black Paladin replied.

"It's a true legend, young woman." said Vegita. "About 3000 years ago, in a battle on a nearby red planet, a Saiyin commander ordered Forsef to kill a child. He refused and left the red planet to the planet of Angelus. He was in fear for he went AWOL. Rumor has it that one day, he found a woman who showed her kindness. Being of Saiyin's blood, he took advantage of her, force himself upon her and raped her. A day later, Forsef was found, taken to the Saiyin's home planet Vegita and later executed for going AWOL. Rumor has it that the woman he raped was called Andorra." "Impossible! She's my mother!" shouted the black paladin. "Oh, if that is true, then you are a half-saiyin! Then where's your tail?" asked Vegita. "My what?" asked the woman. "YOUR TAIL! HALF-SAIYINS ARE BORN WITH TAILS!" shouted the angry saiyin. "I was born with no fucking tail!" said Hystalin.

"What he says it true..."

Andorra's spirit came to Hystalin. "I'm afraid what this man says is true. You were my first born, but you were born with something that none of my children had at birth... a monkey's tail." Andorra said. "How can this be? I do not remember any time when I had a tail!" asked Hystalin. "When you were born, the doctors discovered you were born with a tail. I asked them to permanently cut it off, in order for you to live a normal childhood." Andorra answered. "Then my children are... " Hystalin wondered. "They are Half-Thunderian, Quarter-Angeleese & Quarter-Saiyin. This unique mix gives them unfathomable powers... strength of a Saiyin, speed of a Thunderian, & magic of an Angeleese." Andorra explained. "Also, a warning. Do not let your daughters look at the full moon. If they do, they will grow monkey tails and mutate into giant cat/monkey hybrids that cannot be easily controlled. If they do, cut off the tail, and they will return to normal."

Andorra vanished.

"So it is true! You have Quarter-Saiyin daughters eh? How amusing! Now where was I? Oh yeah! The Dragon Ball... hand it over!"

Chapter 2

Hystalin & Vegita began to fight. Hystalin started with a flying kick but Vegita followed with a punch in the stomach. Hystalin then rushed in with a Magic Sparrow Fist, but Vegita caught her in mid-strike and flung her to the side. Hystalin got up and prepared a magic spell. This caused Vegita's scouter to go crazy. "What's this? This woman's power level is climbing! 1400.. 1600... 1800... What? Over 2750?!?! This no ordinary half-saiyin!" Hystalin shot a powerful enchanted inferno spell at Vegita. Vegita looked unamused and blocked it when it struck him.

Hystalin caught her breath when she threw the enchanted inferno. But she was surprised that it was useless on Vegita. Vegita flew to the air, as did Hystalin. They continued their fight in the air. Hystalin came to Vegita with some strong punches but Vegita blocked them all and threw some punches and kicks of his own. Some of them connected but it didn't phase Hystalin a bit. Vegita threw a power blast at Hystalin but moved out of the way to counterattack with a few lightning spells. Vegita blocked them all and lunged at Hystalin. Hystalin dodged and pounced at Vegita, only for Vegita to vanish. Hystalin was shocked. Vegita was above Hystalin and did a sharp punch on Hystalin's head, making the black paladin fall down to the ground.

Hystalin slowly woke up from the assault. "So you think you can beat me... you are so naive! Not even a lowly Half-Saiyin such as yourself could not even bruise me! You are weak... very weak!" While Vegita gave his long-winded speech to Hystalin, Lion-O attacked the angry saiyin with his New Sword of Omens. "You dare attack my wife Vegita?" Lion-O shouted.  "You dare attack my home? Know your place monster! HOOOOO!!!!!!!" Vegita reeled from the attack and turned on his slightly damaged scouter. He discovered that while he has the sword, his power levels are moderately high, but without it, he would be relatively weak. Vegita gathered up some energy at shot it at Lion-O. It knocked the New Sword of Omens out of his hand. Vegita then shot an energy blast that quickly vaporized Lion-O to dust.

Hystalin looked at the scene and could do nothing to stop her husband from getting killed. "You monster! You killed my husband! How can you be so low?" said Hystalin faintly. "Like this." said Vegita as he gathered some energy and blasted Hystalin to kingdom come. "Now that all of that is over with, I still have to find that damn Dragon Ball."

Vegita was about to enter the New Cat's Lair, until someone crept up to Vegita and pounced on him. It was Krysa. She woke up and lunged herself at Vegita. "You just don't know what when to quit, do you Vegita?" Krysa said as she continued to hang on. "That was your deadliest mistake young woman." Vegita said. He threw Krysa off his back and onto a nearby tree where one of the branches impaled her through the stomach, killing her instantly.

"Well, that ends that... now onto the matters at stake.. the Dragon Balls." Vegita said to himself as he entered the New Cat's Lair.

Panthro looked at the monitor and the control room and saw the awful sight along with the rest of the ThunderCats. "I don't fucking believe it! That bastard finished off Lion-O, Hystalin, Ailura and Krysa." shouted Panthro. "We... we're leaderless!" shouted Pumyra. "We have nothing! NOTHING!" Ocello cried out. "What's even worse is, we have to tell Nocti, Hypnos, Orintha and the others about this! How can we do this?" Ben Gali said.

"It doesn't matter... because you will be joining the four of them... unless you give me what I'm looking for... the fucking Dragon Ball that rests in this building!" Vegita said as he entered the control room.

"You! How DARE you come here and mercilessly slaughter our people! HAVE YOU NO HEART?!?!" shouted Panthro. "Sorry, I left my heart in my spare armor." Vegita said as he turned on his scouter. Vegita's scouter registered power levels of 500 on Panthro, Ben Gali, Ocello & Pumyra, and 600 on Tygra. "HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! You bore me! With your current power levels combined, you only add up to 2600. All of you are totally weak. Now how about giving me the Dragon Ball?"

While Vegita & the five ThunderCats were fighting, Orintha overheard the situation. She ran away and headed to the Treasure Room. As she entered she rummaged through the Treasure of Thundera. While she dug through the treasure chest, she found an orange orb with a single star in the middle. "This must be the Dragon Ball that monster wanted. I better give him what he wants. That way, he would stop killing our family."

Meanwhile, Vegita pummeled on the five of them and left them all on the floor, weak, bloodied and bruised. Vegita looked down on the group and laughed evilly. "A pity I have to kill you for not letting me get what I want. Now, any last words before I send you all to Hell?" Vegita said as he was about to kill the rest of the other ThunderCats. Before Vegita could react, he heard someone scream, 'STOP!'

Vegita turned around as see Orintha with an orb in her hand. "That's it! THAT'S THE DRAGON BALL!" Vegita shouted. "If this is what you want, take it. I don't want to see any more of my loved ones slain be your folly!" Vegita grabbed the Dragon Ball from Orintha's hand. "Yes... this is indeed the Dragon Ball. I only have six more to find." Vegita said as he gazed into the orb. "You've got what you want, just take it and go, please." Orintha said to Vegita. Vegita quietly left the New Cat's Lair and quickly flew out in search of six other Dragon Balls.

Orintha looked at Panthro, Ben Gali, Pumyra, Tygra & Ocello and prompted them up. Panthro asked Orintha why she gave the tyrant what he wanted. "I saw him destroy my mother, father and two aunts. I saw him nearly kill all of you. I wanted it all to stop before he takes away any more of my loved ones." Orintha said as she began to cry.

Meanwhile, in another dimension, Lion-O, Hystalin, Ailura & Krysa entered with an audible pop. The looked around and notices that they are in a giant office building. Around them are spirits of other people and aliens that died long ago... and among them to their surprise, was Lynx-O, Cheetara, Arakni & Waterturkey.

"Lion-O? What are you doing here?" Cheetara said to the other four as she hugged the Lord of the ThunderCats. "I, Hystalin, Ailura & Krysa were killed by a ruthless tyrant named Vegita. He attacked us and was looking for something called Dragon Balls." "Mom? Mom is that you?" Arakni & Waterturkey said. Waterturkey & Arakni ran to Hystalin and hugged their mother. "I thought I would never see you two again!" Hystalin said as she cried. "Waterturkey, I'm sorry I pushed religion on you. If I hadn't let the bible possess me as it did, you would still be alive." Waterturkey said to her mother that it was ok.

A secretary came out and called for a group of eight. "This is to Lion-O, Hystalin, Ailura, Krysa, Waterturkey, Arakni, Cheetara & Lynx-O. Please come with me. King Yamma wishes to speak to you.

Chapter 3

The group of eight entered King Yamma's office. King Yamma just put away some paperwork and welcomed the eight. "Welcome to my office. I am King Yamma. What can I do you for?"

Lion-O was the first to spoke out. "My name is Lion-O, Lord of the ThunderCats. I, Hystalin, Ailura & Krysa were mercilessly killed by a saiyin named Vegita. He came looking for Dragon Balls on our home planet of New Thundera. Not only we need help, but we must go back to New Thundera and stop this menace before he kills any more innocent people." King Yamma asked about the other four. Lion-O said to King Yamma, "This is Cheetara, one of the nobles of the ThunderCats. She and my youngest daughter Arakni were killed in a freak accident."

"What about the old man and the blue girl?" asked King Yamma. "This is Waterturkey. She is another of my daughters." said Lion-O. "How did she die?" asked the King. Hystalin spoke up. "Waterturkey died at the time I hallucinated over the Bible. I took it too seriously and she died because I was too headstrong to listen to my children's cries for help." Hystalin spoke somberly. "You killed her?" asked the King as he raised an eyebrow. "It's sad for me to admit it, but yes... and I wish for forgiveness." "Well, on your last days on New Thundera, you proved your sincerity, so yes, I will forgive you." said King Yamma. "Thank you sir." said Hystalin.

"Now the old man, how did he die?" asked the King. "This is Lynx-O, another noble of the ThunderCats. He died naturally on New Thundera, before my first daughter was born." said Lion-O. "Well, I can send all of you to King Kai's planet so you can received training from him. However, I cannot allow Lynx-O to go there. He died naturally, so I'm afraid he has to stay in Heaven." Said King Yamma.

"So how do we get to King Kai's planet sir?" asked Lion-O. "You'll have to walk through Snake Way. It's a long journey, and you mustn't step off of Snake Way or you'll never get back on the road again. Do you understand?" Everyone nodded in agreement. "Good. I'll send one of my servants so he can take you to the entrance to Snake Way. As for you Lynx-O, I can allow you to attain guardian angel status. I'll send a servant to help you attain that status. Do you understand?" asked the King. Lynx-O nodded in agreement. "Good. Wait outside. My servant will come to you." Lynx-O agreed and stepped out of the office before wishing his friends good luck.

Meanwhile, back on New Thundera, Nocti went to the Snarf Village at night and told them all the sad news. "Fellow Snarfs, I have some very sad news to relay to all of you. I'm afraid that Lion-O, Lord of the ThunderCats, my father has been murdered." All the snarfs were completely shocked. "It's true. An alien named Vegita came down from the heavens searching for something called Dragon Balls. He killed my father, my mother Hystalin, and my two aunts, Ailura & Krysa. He almost killed the rest of the ThunderCats until my sister Orintha found what he was looking for, gave it to him and left."

"What does the Dragon Balls look like?" yelled out Snarf Ozwald. "It is an orange orb with a star in the center." Snarf Eggbert yelled out that he has one just like it except that it had two stars in the middle. "You do? Please, bring it to me." said Nocti. Snarf Eggbert rushed into his house and unlocked the place where he kept his Dragon Ball. "Here it is Nocti. Here is my Dragon Ball." Snarf Eggbert said as he handed Nocti his Dragon Ball. "So this is what that Vegita is looking for. I'll have to find the other 5. I'd like to see what would happen if we got all 7 of these Dragon Balls.

"Your wish will come true..."

Nocti turned around and saw Andorra's spirit. "Who are you?" Nocti asked. "I am Andorra, your grandmother." the benevolent spirit said. "What you hold is the 2-star Dragon Ball. It is one of the seven Dragon Balls you must find. When all seven Dragon Balls are gathered, you must say 'Eternal Dragon, come forth! I want to make a wish!' The Eternal Dragon will come forth and will grant you a single wish. Use that wish to bring the loved ones that died unnaturally back to the world of the living, and they will return. However, once they are revived, they cannot be revived again with the Dragon Balls."

Andorra vanished. "Thank you Grandma."

Just then, Vegita flew down and landed in front of Nocti. "So, you've taken the liberty of finding another of the Dragon Balls for me. How delightful, now hand it over so I don't have to kill you." demanded the evil saiyin. "You expect me to just give this to you, after you've massacred my family? What have you been smoking?" yelled Nocti. "I see..." said Vegita as he turned on his scouter. "You wish to throw your life away just like your parents, and with a power level of 1025. Your death will be short and painless." Nocti safeguarded the Dragon Ball to the side and said to Vegita, "If you want the Dragon Ball, you'll have to fight me first."

With that said, Nocti & Vegita began to fight. Nocti twirled her Cat O' Nine Tails and chanted a spell on Vegita, which was inevitably cast aside. Vegita jumped at Nocti and gave her a sharp uppercut to the jaw. Nocti then did a flying kick at Vegita, which sent him back a step. "You'll pay for that strike!" yelled Vegita as he powered up and shot a laser beam cannon. Nocti used her magic to catch the Vegita's blast and sent it back to him. Vegita was hit with his own attack. Vegita checked his scouter and showed that Nocti has a power level of over 2875. "This woman is stronger than I thought!" Vegita said to himself.

Vegita lunged at Nocti as she attacked herself. They clashed and threw punches and kicks at each other. The punching & kicking sequence stopped when Vegita pushed Nocti away and threw some power blasts at Nocti as he flew to the side, but Nocti was ready and put up a "Magic Wall" before any of Vegita's blasts connected. Vegita's scouter went crazy. "What?! It can't be... she's giving out a power level of 4250! This woman must die!" Vegita said. Vegita flew to the air to get a better shot, but Nocti flew to the air and made ready for any incoming attacks from the psychotic saiyin. The two continued their fight in the sky's night air.

Vegita lunged at Nocti with a sharp punch but Nocti dodged the attack and gave her a roundhouse kick in that back of the neck. Vegita threw a power blast from above him and knocked Nocti away for a while. Nocti then began chanting a magic spell. Vegita's scouter went crazy. "What? It's climbing! Her power level is climbing! 6000... 7500... 9000... 10,500?!?!?! Her power level is at 10,500!!!" Hypnos threw an "Enchanted Thunder" spell at Vegita. The spell made Vegita fall to the ground. Hypnos slowly lowered herself as Vegita descends.

Nocti rushed by a weakened Vegita and pummeled on him with blinding speed. Vegita slapped her face, gave her a right hook, two roundhouse kicks and power blast in the chest. Nocti then began another magic spell, which made Vegita's scouter go absolutely postal. "It's impossible! Her power level is skyrocketing! ...12,000 ...13,000 ...15,000... 16,000!!!! Her power level is at sixteen fucking thousand!!!!!!!" Nocti then threw an Angel's Blaze spell at Vegita, that engulfed him in its flames. It damaged Vegita severely and left him on the ground, weakened, bloodied and righteously pissed off.

Nocti walked toward Vegita. "How dare you! You dare intrude yourself to this planet, kill off my family and I would just let you have what you want?" Nocti taunted. "The one who is naive is YOU! If you die, I know that my family will be avenged!" Vegita coughed up some blood, and shouted to Nocti. "You think you have the upper hand? Well look into the sky!" Nocti looked up and saw a full moon. "HAHAHA!!! You see the full moon! With it, I will be able to transform into a giant ape, and I will crush you like a tin can!" Vegita said as he looked into the sky and began his transformation.

Nocti looked into the sky and felt something grow behind her. To her surprise, she noticed a long, sinewy monkey's tail with thin stripes protruding through her leotard. She looked up into full moon again and to Vegita as he slowly transformed into a giant ape. She too felt something strange and began to transform. 10 minutes later, Vegita was a full-grown giant ape, and Nocti, a giant cat/monkey hybrid. "So you are one of the four Quarter-Saiyins I've heard of! How nice! I get to kill one with Saiyin's blood." Vegita said in a husky voice. Nocti talked back to Vegita in a husky voice as well. "You killed my mother! You killed my father! You killed the family I've loved all my life! For that I will kill you with my own hands!" The two giant mutants began to fight.

Chapter 4

Nocti & Vegita continued to fight. In their giant ape & giant ape/cat forms respectively, they created LOTS of damage around them, close to destroying the Snarf Village. Vegita bellowed out an energy blast from his mouth but Nocti moved out of the way and let the blast hit a nearby mountain side. The fight was like two King Kongs wrestling in Africa. The fight was at equal terms. Nocti then chanted a magic spell but somehow the spell was nullified, due to her giant ape/cat hybrid status. "Shit! I cannot use my magic!" Nocti shouted in her husky voice. "Even as a mutant, you cannot beat me!" yelled Vegita. "Shit! I'm deathbait for this monster! My only chance is if the queen of the moon can help me!" Nocti said to herself while she fought against Vegita.

While Vegita & Nocti fought, some activity was going on in the Moon. A young warrior walked to his queen and told him about the chaotic fight that is going on in New Thundera. "Queen Serenity..." the man said. "I have some news to relay to you that may be of some importance." Queen Serenity turned around to her loyal subject. "I know what you are going to Starlight Night." Queen Serenity said. "An evil Saiyin named Vegita is searching for New Thundera's Dragon Balls, and that he's winning over our friend Nocti." Slarlight Night asked his queen what to do. "I want you to remove the light from the moon from the one called Vegita." Said Queen Serenity. "But leave enough moonlight on New Thundera so that Nocti can maintain her mutant status." "As you with your majesty... " said the Starlight Knight.

Vegita overpowered Nocti in brute strength and was thrown to the ground by the evil sayin. "HAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!! You are no match for a powerful saiyin such as myself! Now you will meet your family again!" Before Vegita could say anything, the moon's color changed from a light gray to a very dark gray, almost black. This caused the mutant process to reverse of Vegita. "What is happening! I'm turning back to normal! This cannot be!" Vegita shouted as he turned to a normal saiyin, along with his voice. "I have friends on the moon that will help me when I need them! This is one of them!" shouted Nocti as she got up.

"No matter I can still fight you on equal terms." Vegita said as he held his hand up in the air an produced an energy shuriken. Vegita threw the energy shuriken at Nocti. She jumped out of the way to avoid being hit. "You have such lousy aim Vegita." shouted Nocti. "No I don't... " said Vegita as he controlled the energy shuriken. Vegita used the energy shuriken to cut off Nocti's tail! Nocti was totally hurt and slowly reverted back to normal, but soon enough to land on Vegita, knocking him unconscious.

Meanwhile, back at the Black Pyramid, Mumm-Ruzzo woke up from his slumber to find that Orintha came for help. "What is it that you want Orintha." Mumm-Ruzzo said. "Mumm-Ruzzo, the planet of New Thundera is in dire straits! An evil sayin called Vegita came searching for Dragon Balls. He already killed off my mother, father & my two aunts! He'll kill again until he finds the Dragon Balls." Mumm-Ruzzo's curiosity peaked a bit. "I heard of the legend of the Dragon Balls. Instead of giving the tyrant what he wants, why not use them to bring your family back to New Thundera?" suggested the young mummy. "I need all of the Dragon Balls... do you have one?" asked Orintha. "Are they orange in color and bear a star in the center?" asked the mummy. "Yes they do!" replied Orintha. "Do you have one?" "Yes I do, but it has three stars in the middle. Mumm-Ruzzo got inside the treasure room and looked through the many chests of treasure until he found the 3-star Dragon Ball.

"Is this what you were looking for?" asked Mumm-Ruzzo as he held out the 3-star Dragon Ball. Orintha replied by saying yes. "Here it is. Take it. Use it wisely." Mumm-Ruzzo said as he gave Orintha the Dragon Ball. Orintha thanked Mumm-Ruzzo many times before she left the Black Pyramid.

Back in the Forest of Darkness, Acrapha was feeling her way through the trees. She could not see but she could feel her way through. She tripped and fell on what she through was the root of a tree that stuck up. It turns out it was an orb, an orange orb with four stars in the center. The took the orb with her and with a little bit of luck, she managed to find her way out of the Forest of Darkness.

Back at what was left of Snarf Village, Nocti was unconscious as she lay on Vegita, who was unconscious as well. Slowly however, Vegita was able to wake up, find where Nocti put the 2-star Dragon Ball and took away with him as he flew, leaving Nocti where she lay out cold.

Chapter 5

Back in heaven, one of King Yamma's servants drove Lion-O, Hystalin, Ailura, Krysa, Cheetara, Arakni & Waterturkey to the entrance of Snake Way. "Here is the entrance everyone." the servant said. "Remember not to get off of Snake Way, or you'll never get on it again. Good luck!" King Yamma's servant got back in his vehicle and drove off. "Let's go everyone!" Said Cheetara as she jumped on path and ran. The rest of them began their trek through Snake Way.

Back on New Thundera, Hypnos drives the Hovercat by the Churning Rocks, and made her way down, towards the Great Beneath. Slowly, she descends downward to a port, where she lands and gets off. She walks in the cave and walks toward the Great Gyroscope, where Jagara manages the mighty sphere with care. "Hello Hypnos, what can I do you for?" Jagara asked. Hypnos told Jagara about the current events, such as the evil Saiyin Vegita, how he killed her family, and how he's looking for Dragon Balls. "What do these Dragon Balls look like?" asked Jagara. Hypnos described to Jagara what a Dragon Ball look like. "Oh, I have one of those... but it has five stars in its center. If it can help, would you like to have it? Hypnos said yes as Jagara produced the 5-star Dragon Ball. Hypnos thanked Jagara incessantly as she walked away, hoping to help her family.

Back on the surface of New Thundera, Vegita was flying all across New Thundera, looking for other Dragon Balls. Vegita turns on his scouter and notices that there is nearby Dragon Ball flying near his direction. "Ahh... another Dragon Ball. At the speed that it's going, it must be in the hands of one of the four Quarter-Saiyins on this planet." Said the saiyin. "It has to be. The scouter is reading a power level of about 2100. This will be interesting." Vegita flew in the direction of where the power level he detected. After a few moments of flight, he ran into Orintha, who happens to be carrying the 3-Star Dragon Ball.

"So you have another Dragon Ball. Very good." said Vegita. "Now give it to me so I don't have to send you to the bowels of Hell." Orintha refused. "What a shame. Sorry, but your life ends now." Vegita said as he threw an energy blast at Orintha. Orintha dodged and threw a flurry of feathers at Vegita, nullifying his movements for a moment, also making him drop his Dragon Balls. "You will pay for that you bitch!" Said Vegita as he recovered from Orintha's flurry of feathers. "How about this? You and I have a fight to who can hit the ground? Last one in the air gets all the Dragon Balls. Agreed?" The evil saiyin agreed, and the two of them began to fight in the air.

Vegita came to Orintha with a flying kick, but Orintha came after him with a sharp punch to the chest. Vegita followed in with three quick punches and two sharp kicks that pushed Orintha a step. Orintha sent another flurry of feathers at Vegita, but it bode useless at the mad saiyin. Vegita powered up and shot an energy blast at Orintha, but she moved out of the way, and let the blast hit a nearby uninhabited area. Orintha rushed in, and made a flying punch at Vegita's jaw that left him descending downward. Orintha followed the falling saying as he descends.

"This will be for killing my family. Now I have 3 Dragon Balls." said Orintha as her feet touched the ground. "Oh, but you're wrong. I've won fair and square. I have 3 Dragon Balls." taunted Vegita. "Can't be. You hit the ground first!" said Orintha. "Oh really? Take a better look" Vegita said. Orintha did and notice that Vegita's feet were just inches off the ground, making him not really touching the ground at all! "ASSHOLE!!! YOU CHEATED!!!" shouted Orintha in disgust. "You think a bad guy like me would play by the rules?" taunted Vegita. "You are so naive!" Vegita took all three Dragon Balls and sped away. "That son-of-a-bitch! I'll make him pay! I will kill him myself!" Orintha said to herself.

Back on Snake Way, the seven deceased Thundera make their way through Snake Way. The one who has a major lead is Cheetara. (Obviously!) The rest of them were still traveling in tow. "This Snake Way is longer than I thought!" Lion-O said. "We've got to keep going. Whoever this King Kai is, we have to go find him, so we can get his help!" Hystalin replied.

Back on New Thundera, Hypnos sped hastily to the New Cat's Lair, hoping that with the 5-Star Dragon Ball, it might prove helpful. It took her about half an hour, but she made to the New Cat's Lair safely. She finds Panthro, and tell him of her find. "With this Dragon Ball, I can make a tracker that can locate the rest of the Dragon Balls on New Thundera." said Panthro. "Please come with me. I may need your help." Hypnos agreed and the two went to the working room and began constructing a Dragon Ball tracker.

Meanwhile, back on the remains of the Snarf Village, Nocti began to wake up. She notices that the place has been totally leveled, and that her outfit has been torn. "Whoa! What happened! Am I still in the Snarf Village? Why is there a hole in my leotard?" Nocti said as she got up. Some of the snarfs got out of hiding and looked strangely at Nocti. "Fellow Snarfs! Thank the Gods you're all still alive! Could you tell me what happened after I fought that monster Vegita?" "You and that tyrant looked at the moon and turned into monsters. You... YOU GREW A TAIL!" One of the snarfs brought out the tail that was cut off of Nocti. "I grew that?" asked Nocti. All of the snarfs agreed. "Hmm... that would explain the hole in the back of my leotard." Nocti said as she turned around and showed the snarfs the hole. "That... That was where the tail came out." shouted one of the snarfs. "This is just plain scary!" said Nocti. "Could someone tell me what I transformed into?" Snarf Eggbert told Nocti that she transformed in a giant, 50-foot mutant... a cross between a cat and a monkey. "Thank you for telling me." Said Nocti. "Now if you would excuse me, I have to go to the Cat's Lair. I'm sure everyone in there is worried about me!" Nocti left what was left of the Snarf Village and raced her way to the New Cat's Lair, telling the rest of the ThunderCats of what she found out.

Meanwhile, just outside of the Forest of Darkness, Acrapha walked, with her orb. "I don't know what happens, but my mother will pay for casting me out of my own home!" Acrapha said to herself as she carried her orb. Just then, Vegita flew in front of Acrapha, noticing that she had the 4-star Dragon Ball. "Ahh... you've found another of the Dragon Balls. Now how about handing it over?" hissed the evil saiyin. "Why should I give this to you?" asked Acrapha. "I've sent your mother, father, and two of your aunts to death, and if you don't give it to me, you'll join them as well!" Vegita replied.

"You killed my mother?" asked Acrapha. "Of course! Don't you hate me for that?" Vegita responded. "Actually, I should thank you." said Acrapha. Vegita was surprised. "You... you're thanking me for killing your mother?" Vegita asked. "Why would you be so grateful of me for that?" Acrapha told the saiyin that her mother Hystalin threw her out of her house because she would not accept her mother's religion as hers. "She threw me out of my life and I never saw her again. I vowed on day, that I would make her pay for throwing me away like a sack of garbage. But since you slayed my mother, I have no reason to continue my vengeance." Acrapha added. "You seem to have a pure evil heart like myself." Vegita said as he turned on his scouter. "And you have a power level that is almost as high as mine."

"I also want to die." said Acrapha. "I also promised myself that if she paid her debt, I would end my suffering. Since she is dead, would like for you to end my suffering." Acrapha stretched her V-neck tunic and asked Vegita to strike her, right into the middle of her chest. Vegita was about to strike until he notices something protruding out of her tunic... a long sinewy monkey's tail with think black strips. "So you are another of the Quarter-Saiyins." said Vegita. "With a power as great as yours, it would be a waste to have you die." Said Vegita. "I will not kill you, but I will take your Dragon Ball." Vegita walked passed Acrapha and snatched her 4-star Dragon Ball. Acrapha just kneeled down, doubled over and began to cry. Vegita got the Dragon Ball in his hand and flew away, but not before talking to Acrapha one more time. "One more thing." Said Vegita. "You would make a great ally. I don't even know your name." Acrapha told Vegita her name. "Well Acrapha, you and I might make a great team. If you team with me, I will share the Dragon Balls with you." Acrapha agreed. Vegita & Acrapha left the spot and traveled together through the skies, looking for the last 3 Dragon Balls.
