Part 8

Mumm-Ra soared through the skies, looking frantically for anything that could resemble the marker he has to find. Along the way, the voice in his head begin to echo once again. "Muhin, I beg of you, please end this conquest." The voice echoed. Mumm-Ra shouted, "Whoever you are, stop it! Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living, will not bow down to a mere voice in my head!" Mumm-Ra continued his trek for the marker.

During his travels, he runs into Mumm-Ruzzo. "Well, well... if it isn't my no-good, traitorous son of mine." Mumm-Ra grumbled. "What the hell do you want to do, fight your dear old dad?" Mumm-Ruzzo looked to his father. "Father, I've come to stop you, but first," Mumm-Ruzzo said, "I came to ask you to stop trying to free The Brood." Mumm-Ra was furious. "How in New Thundera did you find out my plans?" Mumm-Ruzzo simply said to his father, "I saw it all at my pyramid."

Mumm-Ra grew with anger at his own son. "Did you see this in your pyramid?" Mumm-Ra retorted as he chanted a dark magic spell at Mumm-Ruzzo. Mumm-Ruzzo dodged the blow from his father with a magic shield. Mumm-Ruzzo didn't feel like fighting his father, but he was running out of options. "Father, please," Mumm-Ruzzo pleaded. "I don't want to hurt you Father, but if you continue this genocide mission, I have no choice but to fight back." Mumm-Ra flew away from the area. Unbeknownst to Mumm-Ruzzo at the time, Mumm-Ra resumed his journey for the marker.

As Mumm-Ra flies through the skies, he hears the voice again. "Muhin, stop it, please... you're breaking my heart!" The voice echoed. Mumm-Ra's frustration grew as he heard the voice. "Whoever you are, get out of my head! Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living, will not bow down to anyone!" Despite the voice, Mumm-Ra continued his journey.

Meanwhile, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk were settling in their new home in Hystville. Sphynxorius unpacks all the heavy packages while Kyttihawk dusts the house's interior on occasion. "What a lovely house this is, don't you think dear?" Kyttihawk said. "Yes, it is." Sphynxorius said as he looked towards the horizon. "I see something..." Sphynxorius mumbled. "Sphynxie, what are you talking about? We have have to unpack our luggage and our other stuff!" Kyttihawk scolded. "C'mon and get busy with the heavy stuff. "Yes, sure... I'll get right on it." Sphynxorius said as he looked towards the horizon. "I sense a great evil coming."

Meanwhile, on Angelus, Nocti, Acrapha, Devilman & Nightshade were returning to Dewarrloc Castle with their blades. Electra was waiting for the group of four. As they stand in front of the castle entrance, Electra opened the doors for the group to enter. Nocti, Nightshade, Devilman & Acrapha entered the majestic monolith that is DeWarrloc Castle. Electra closed the giant doors after the group of four entered the castle.

Meanwhile, on King Kai's planet, Ocello was busy running though the entire planet, so he could catch Bubbles. While he ran through the planet, Ocello was getting tired from all of the running and the weight on his shoulders. Ocello decided to take off his shirt and gauntlets. "Ahh... now I feel much better!" Ocello started running for Bubbles, but this time, he was moving faster than before."

King Kai was watching this from his little house. "Excuse me, Ocello," King Kai shouted, "Could you come over here for a moment." Ocello agreed. "What is it King Kai?" Ocello asked. "Those heavy clothes you took off... could you put them back on?" Ocello was dumbstruck. "Put them back on? Do you know how hard it is for me move around with all of that excess baggage on my back???" Ocello frantically shouted. "It may seem hard for you to move around, but in the long run, it will help you grow stronger." King Kai simply said. "Put them back on." Ocello reluctantly agreed, staggered back to where he left his shirt and armlets, donned them onto his body, and resumed his laborious task in catching Bubbles.

Part 9

Mumm-Ruzzo is in his pyramid, thinking he has convinced his father to end his mission on releasing the Brood. He takes a deep breath and looks into his cauldron. In his cauldron, he sees that Mumm-Ra, his father has not ended his mission. "I thought I had convinced him not to open Pandora's Box." Mumm-Ruzzo said with a heavy heart. "It appears that I must stop my father before opens the lock on the box." Mumm-Ruzzo takes a deep breath and flies to the skies, so he can stop his father from committing the evil act.

Meanwhile, Mumm-Ra flies through the skies, still looking for what could look for the marker he is looking for. Mumm-Ra takes great care in looking for the sighting, but he comes up empty handed. During his flight, his face is streaked with a bold of white lightning. "Who dares strike Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living?" From the skies, Mumm-Ra was seen hovering in front of his father. His long cape flowed in the breeze he looks into the man who gave him half of his blood. "I asked you to end your mission, Father." Mumm-Ruzzo said sternly. "I asked you, from a son's point of view, to stop the madness. It appears that not even family compassion can stop you. Therefore, I have no choice but stop you myself." Mumm-Ra grew angry at his son's words. "You dare challenge your father, Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living?" Mumm-Ra boasted. "You've made the greatest mistake of your life!"

The battle immediately began. Mumm-Ra started his attack with a blast of his red lightning. Mumm-Ruzzo blocked the attack with a magic wall and countered with a blast of his white lightning. Mumm-Ra flew up and attacked with a Demon's Blaze spell. Mumm-Ra saw the oncoming attack, dodge's the blow and attacked with the Holy Flames. Mumm-Ra was overtaken by the magic spell and descended to the ground. Mumm-Ruzzo followed and attacked with several random magic attacks of his own before his father hit the ground. Mumm-Ruzzo slowly descends to the ground to see where Mumm-Ra has landed. He notices that his father was nowhere around the scene. The next thing Mumm-Ruzzo knew was that he was hit in his broadside by his father with a Demon's Blaze spell.

"You were such a disappointment Mumm-Ruzzo." Mumm-Ra taunted his son. "You did a very terrible mistake when you abandoned the Ancient Spirits of Evil and formed an alliance with the ThunderCats. I don't even want to call you my son, for you are not worthy of being a son of mine. I have no idea how you came to this world, but I assure you, Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living, will make sure that you enter the afterlife!" With those words, he immediately chanted the Satan's Hellfire spell. Mumm-Ruzzo was consumed in its dark power. He screamed in pain as the unholy fires charred his skin. In a matter of seconds, what remained of Mumm-Ruzzo was a charred skeleton and his silver crown. Mumm-Ra grew with satisfaction that he has killed his own son. Mumm-Ra picked up the crown and destroyed it with his hands. Mumm-Ra then left the area to find the magic marker.

Meanwhile, in the home of Sphynxorius and Kyttihawk, they were still cleaning and unpacking their belongings. Sphynxorius was placing the furniture in the house while Kyttihawk dusted. "This place is so dusty." Kyttihawk mumbled. "I wish the previous owners cleaned up before the moved away. The two of us has all of this mess to clean up on." While moving some of the pictures around, Kyttihawk notices a part of the wall with a rather dusty spot. Kyttihawk immediately dusted the area and discovers an unusual marking. "Sphynxie, could you come over here please?" Kyttihawk asked. Sphynxorius dropped everything, literally, so he could see what Kyttihawk was referring to. "Do you know where this came from?" Kyttihawk asked. Sphynxorius was completely clueless. They were staring in front of an unusual symbol... a star inside of a circle!

At that time, Nocti, Devilman, Acrapha & Nightshade were in Dewarrloc Castle, talking to Electra about the magic swords and how they found them. "So five magic swords are in existence." Electra said solemnly. "I'm surprised. Your grandmother found two of the magic swords." Nocti asked her aunt, "In your opinion, where do you think other magic swords could be found?" Electra did not have a definite answer, but she did give some insight. "By judging on how you found the Magic Swords of Earth, Wind & Life, I say it has to be found in the element is is born from." Electra suggested. "There are nine elements for every existing world: Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, Life, Light, Darkness, Ice and Thunder. You only have five most well known elemental swords. The other four lesser known swords are still within your reach.... Light, Darkness, Ice and Thunder."

During this time, Ocello was still having a bitch of a time trying to catch Bubbles on King Kai's planet. Every time Ocello thinks he's closer to his goal, Bubbles would gain momentum and run much faster. Before he was about ready to give up, Bubbles made a bad move that enabled itself to be within Ocello's reach. Seeing the moment, he catches Bubbles and brings the stubborn chimp back to King Kai, who was busy eating a steak. "I'm surprised you managed to catch Bubbles." King Kai said. "Not a lot of people whom begun training with me were so lucky. After I finish my dinner, you can start on your next step. In the meantime, why don't you have something to eat. I'm sure you must be hungry. Ocello, hearing about food, felt his stomach growling and agreed to King Kai. King Kai & Ocello were dining at a table while Bubbles was acting unruly and making funny faces at Ocello.

Part 10

Hystalin was called to Kyttihawk & Sphynxorius's apartment about the strange marking the pair discovered. Hystalin was completely puzzled on how or where it came from. "I've never seen anything like this before!" Hystalin commented. "You found this while you were cleaning up your home?" "It was Kyttihawk who found it." Sphynxorius said. "She found it while dusting the place." "It's just like what he said. I have no idea how it got there." Hystalin felt around the unusual marking. "Why does it feel so familiar?"

"It's the Brood's holding place."

Hystalin was completely taken by surprise form what she heard. "Did you hear that?" Hystalin snapped. Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk heard nothing. From the fair, the spirit of Hystalin's mother, Andorra, appeared in front of the Black Paladin. "Brood? The Brood is held here?" Andorra said to her eldest daughter, "Yes. In the end battle with the Brood, I imprisoned them in this room and left the marker on that wall. Unfortunately, your brother, Muhin, knows the magic spell that can unseal the monsters that I contained. You must stop your disillusioned brother from opening the Pandora's Box that I tried to close centuries ago." "Mother, wait?" Hystalin shouted, but it was too late. Andorra's spirit vanished from the area. "She talks to ghosts?" Sphynxorius wondered. "Lion-O did the same before his passing." Kyttihawk replied.

Hystalin turned to Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk. "This home is no longer safe for you two to live in. Muhin, you know him as Mumm-Ra, will sooner or later find this place and work on his black magic." Hystalin said. "You two should leave while you have the chance." As soon as she finished saying her words, she heard the sounds of maniacal laughter. She turned around, and Mumm-Ra was at the doorway. "Thank you so much for finding the ancient marker for me sister!" Mumm-Ra cackled. "I had to kill Cougara, Tygra, and even my own son to get close!" Hystalin was completely angered at her brother's words. "You murdered them?!?!?" Hystalin shouted, then boosted to Super-Saiyin Level 1. "Is there no end to your evil?" Mumm-Ra then replied and said, "When I hit the bottom, you'll be the first to know, now stand out of the way!"

Hystalin stared out with a fire spell on Mumm-Ra. Mumm-Ra easily blocked the attack and countered with a blast of his red lightning. Hystalin took the blow directly, but due to her Super-Saiyin status, the attack did almost nothing to her. "Foolish brother, I will not let you open our mother's Pandora's Box!" Hystalin shouted. Hystalin then fired the Angel's Blaze spell at Mumm-Ra. Mumm-Ra emitted the Demon's Blaze spell. Both attacks collided in midair. While Mumm-Ra & Hystalin fought, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk guarded the ancient marker with their own bodies. Mumm-Ra saw a chance to attack, and he attacked the with the "Satan's Hellfire" spell. Before the spell struck, Hystalin got it the way, and she took the full force. Mumm-Ra thought that he successfully killed his own sister; however, Hystalin was still alive and up to Super-Saiyin Level 2 status!

"Didn't you know that I also of saiyin's blood?" Hystalin said. "What doesn't kill me, makes me stronger! Now, you shall feel the wrath of the Holy Flames!" Hystalin then attacked Mumm-Ra with the Holy Flames spell. Mumm-Ra could not guard from the magic spell. His cloak was ablaze, and he had trouble trying to stand. "Now, will you stop your madness and end your mission?" Hystalin said. Mumm-Ra immediately chanted a very strong paralysis spell on Hystalin and threw her to the wall, where she is attached. Sphynorius & Kyttihawk tried to attack, but Mumm-Ra did the same to them, and they were glued to the wall alongside Hystalin. "Now that you are now rendered immobile," Mumm-Ra boasted, "there is no one on New Thundera who can stop me from unleashing the Brood on this planet!"

At that moment, Nocti, Acrapha, Devilman & Nightshade left Dewarrloc Castle with only the Magic Sword of fire, so they can find the last four swords. "Where do you think we'll find the next magic sword?" Devilman asked. As they pass through a snowcap, the Magic Sword of Fire begin to pulsate with an eerie light. "I think we found another one." Acrapha said. All of a sudden, the Magic Sword of Fire flew from Nocti's hands and into the snowcap. Immediately, the snow started to melt away. From a small hole, the Magic Sword of Fire was found... along with the Magic Sword of Ice! The group of four descended to the ground to find the enchanted blades. Devilman picked up the enchanted ice blade and said, "I guess that answers that." Nocti said simply to Devilman, I guess that means we have just three more swords to find." The group left what was left of the snowcap and resumed their search for the other magic swords.

Meanwhile, Ocello was busy eating with King Kai. He finished his meal, pushed his plates aside and patted his stomach. "That was a very good meal King Kai." Ocello commented. "I wish I could get the recipe." King Kai felt flattered from Ocello's remark. "Thank you, but the recipe is my little secret." King Kai responded. "Now you can get started on the next part of your training. Above this planet, there is a single moon that is only 200 feet above. I want you to jump up and touch it." Ocello was surprised. "Touch a moon?" Ocello said. "Yes, you've heard correctly. You have to jump up and touch the moon. If you don't, you won't be able to pass to the next part of your training." King Kai replied. Without haste, Ocello tried to jump up as high as he can, repeatedly, so he can touch the moon that is 200 feet from where he stood. On his first jump, he could only go up to 20 feet. Over time, he slowly gained altitude, but he could not jump high enough to touch the moon.

Part 11

Hystalin, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk were helplessly latched to the wall while Mumm-Ra began his magic. "Now that I have no interferences whatsoever," Mumm-Ra said, "I can easily do what I came here to do. It looks like you three will be the first witnesses to the beginning of a new era... an era of pure evil!" Hystalin struggled through the paralysis. "Muhin, stop this!" Hystalin pleaded, but it was to no avail." "Why should I stop the era of pure evil?" Mumm-Ra snapped back! "Sit back while I begin my evil magic!" Mumm-Ra unfurled the scroll and read from it.

While Mumm-Ra read the scroll's contents, he was hit with a burst of magic power. "What dares strikes Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living from behind?" Mumm-Ra bellowed. From the doorway, Ailura was framed with a smoking finger. "Muhin, it looks like I have to stop you from destroying this world!" Ailura said. "You may have immobilized my sister, but you have me to contend with!" "Why should I be afraid of a lowly half-breed with a golden finger?" Mumm-Ra said with anger in his voice. "I almost defeat you before... surely, I'll have better luck now!" Ailura immediately threw a powerful lightning spell at Mumm-Ra, but Mumm-Ra dodged with seconds to spare. The bolt accidentally hit Hystalin. "Oops! Sorry sis!" Ailura said.

Immediately, Ailura ran to Mumm-Ra and attacked with several rapid punches and a few hark kicks. Mumm-Ra was not affected by the brutal attack. He just stood and laughed. Ailura then chanted a magic spell that made her hand glow an eriee shade red. Ailura repeated her attack again, but this time, it was much more effective! With every strike that was made on Mumm-Ra's body, a scorch mark was left. "Tell me Muhin, what do you think of the 'Fire Hands' spell?" Ailura snapped. "I find it quite effective, don't you think so?" Ailura continued her attack with her "Fire Hands" spell. Mumm-Ra gained some physical damage from the attack, but he took Ailura by surprise by emitting the "Demon's Blaze" spell on her. Ailura was pushed about 10 feet away. "That was a sneaky move Muhin," Ailura said, "It looks like I have to use the Draconus spell again!"

"The Draconus spell?!??!" Hystalin shouted from the wall. "In your battered state, it might kill you!" Ailura turned to her sister and said. "Perhaps you're right!" Ailura replied, then chanted a slow-acting de-paralysis spell on her sister, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk, unknowingly to Mumm-Ra, "but if I don't do something to stop him, this planet will be nothing but a wasteland! If I have to sacrifice myself, I will do it!" Hystalin had a bit of worry in her eyes. "Ailura... my loving sister..." Hystalin simply said. Ailura turned to Mumm-Ra and said. "It looks like you're in for the fight of your afterlife!" Ailura said while chanting the Draconus spell on herself. "Get ready to die Muhin!" Ailura finished the chant, and she turned into a giant red, white and black dragon!

Meanwhile, Devilman, Nocti, Acrapha & Nightshade were still going through Angelus for the last three magic swords. Along the way, they pass by a chasm that is layered with thousands of crystals. "I'm gonna take a look around!" Acrapha said to the group. "Acrapha, don't leave alone!" Nocti said. Nocti, Devilman & Nightshade immediately followed in pursuit of Acrapha.

In the crystal cavern, Acrapha looked around to see the pretty gemstones. "Wow, this is the prettiest thing I have ever seen!" Acrapha said while spelunking in the chasm. Acrapha looked around to see more of the crystals. "Acrapha, I told you not to go astray!" Nocti shouted. Nocti, Devilman & Nightshade descended to the floor of the chasm. "Sis, I just wanted to take a closer look. It's not every day that I get to go to an unusual planet." "You could have gotten lost Acrapha." Nocti said. Seconds later, the Magic Swords of Fire and Ice begin to pulsate with an eerie light. The swords begin to fly away from the group's hands.

"Uh-oh, I think I know what's going to happen." Nightshade remarked. "Acrapha, get close to me quickly!" Acrapha immediately ran to Nocti. Nocti immediately chanted the "Magic Wall" spell on herself, and everyone around her before the explosion from the magic swords followed. Millions of the crystals in the cavern were shattered and reduced to very small shards until the explosion ended. When the explosion ceased, Nocti removed the "Magic Wall". The group of four flew away from the scene and found the magic swords of Fire and Ice... surrounding yet another Magic Sword! "I think we found another magic sword!" Nocti said. "Nocti grabbed all three swords and looked and the newer enchanted blade. "I guess this one is the Magic Sword of Light, am I right?" Nightshade asked. "I think so," Nocti answered, "then this means we have two more magic swords to find. Let's get moving!" Nocti, Devilman, Acrapha & Nightshade left what was left of the crystal cavern end resumed their search for the magic swords.

During this time, Ocello was having a bitch of a time trying to jump to the moon. After about three hours of jumping, he could only reach 190 feet. "I almost made it... just a little further." Ocello mumbled as he tried to jump to the small moon. After another twenty minutes of jumping, Ocello finally was able to touch the moon with his left hands. "I did it!" Ocello shouted! "I touched the moon!" Ocello jumped for joy over his accomplishment. "Well done Ocello." King Kai commented. "You're ready for the final step of you're training. Gregory, come over here!" Ocello asked, "Who's Gregory?" King Kai simply said, "You'll see..."

Seconds later, Gregory came zooming in from the skies. "You called King Kai?" Gregory screeched. "Who or what the hell is that?" Ocello remarked. "This is Gregory. Your next and final step of your training is to hit him." "How care you say that about me!" Gregory shouted. "Calm down Gregory." King Kai said to the cricket. "Ocello, I want you to take this mallet and hit him as hard as you can. Once you've hit him, you've finished your training." Ocello caught the mallet from King Kai, but Ocello dropped from the mallet's weight. "Damn, this is heavy!" Ocello cracked. "Well... I might as well get this over with..." Ocello took his stance and prepared to hit Gregory.

Part 12

Ailura stood before Mumm-Ra in her dragon form. She looked at her brother fiendishly with her bright red eyes of hers. She hissed for a breath moment, then bellowed a lung-full of red-hot flames at Mumm-Ra! Mumm-Ra was barely struggling from the Dragon Fire. Ailura growled slightly when she saw that the Dragon Fire was not too effective on Mumm-Ra. Ailura gasped loudly. "Muhin! You're still alive!" Ailura spoke out. Mumm-Ra looked up and said, "Of course I am alive... I'm Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!" Mumm-Ra shot a powerful burst of red lightning at Ailura. Ailura was seriously wounded from the blow. Hystalin, watching the entire fight, watched helplessly as Mumm-Ra used to "Demon's Blaze" to mortally wound her sister!

"AILURA!!!!!!!!!!!!" Hystalin shouted as she struggled through her paralysis. Ailura took a direct hit! Ailura screamed loudly as the pain from Mumm-Ra's evil magic coursed through her body. Ailura fell to the ground, but the fires from the Demon's Blaze still burned. Ailura slowly turned back into her normal form... barely alive.

Hystalin, forced to watch her sister suffer, broke free from her paralysis and ran to her sister's side. "Ailura, Hystalin's here." Hystalin whispered to her sister. "Hystalin... my dear sister... it's over for me." Ailura said weakly. "I have fought against our brother... and I am now another casualty of his evil. I wanted so to see Muhin be cured of the monster that turned him into what he is now... but I'll never get to see it happen. I guess it's all up to you my sister." Ailura coughed a few times. "Ailura, don't leave me..." Hystalin pleaded. "This is life is over for me. It's up to you to purge the demon in Muhin." Ailura said. "Tell Panthro, and my children... that... I love them... and I will carry my love of them with me in the afterlife. Goodbye... my dear sister..."

With those final words, Ailura's eyes closed slightly and her arms went limp... and then, she died in Hystalin's arms. "Ailura! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" Hystalin cried out while holding the body of her late sister. Hystalin cried her heart out over her late sister. Hystalin looked up to see Muhin, laughing his fool head off that he has killed off another ThunderCat. "Muhin," Hystalin said sternly, then went to Super-Saiyin Level 2 status, "you have gone too far! You have murdered our sister... and by my sister's last wish, I will cure you of whatever has turned you evil! I SWEAR IT!"

"You mean to tell me that you're going to stop me from being evil?" Mumm-Ra retorted. "That is the absolute stupidest thing I have ever heard in over 2000 years!" Mumm-Ra then three several bolts of red lightning at his sister. Hystalin looked sternly at Mumm-Ra and stopped the bolts from getting close to her body. "My anger burns like a towering inferno." Hystalin said. "My anger is what will stop your reign of terror! DEPOSESS!!!!!!!" Hystalin chanted the "Deposess" spell on Mumm-Ra. The single beam of white light struck Mumm-Ra's forehead. Mumm-Ra was frozen in his footsteps.

Meanwhile, Nocti, Acrapha, Devilman & Nightshade are flying through Angelus for the last two magic swords. Their search takes them through many different places on the planet... from lakes.. to mountains, grasslands, forests, caverns... even swamps and ruins. "We've been flying for hours... can we rest for a few minutes?" Acrapha asked. "I am feeling a little tired myself." Nocti replied. "Let's land and relax on that by that cavern.

The group of four descended to the ground by the foot of the cavern. They lie down on the ground to relax momentarily. While on the ground, the Magic Swords of Fire, Ice and Light begin to pulsate with an eerie light. "I think we found another magic sword." Nightshade said. Suddenly, the magic swords flew from the ground to inside the cavern. "They went in!" Devilman said. "I'll go inside and see what is amiss." Nightshade said to Devilman, "I'll come too. You might need my help. Devilman agreed. Devilman & Nightshade went inside the cavern while Nocti & Acrapha waited for their return.

At that time, Ocello was struggling with his large mallet. He barely was able to lift it up, so he can be ready for Gregory. "So weakling, you're ready to hit the great and mighty Gregory?" Gregory screeched. Ocello looked to the cricket and said, "You bet I am!" "Okay... here I come!" Gregory screamed.

Ocello waited for Gregory to come forward. A second later, Gregory was taunting Ocello from behind his back! "You didn't even swing your mallet! You're so damn slow!" Ocello turned around, and there was Gregory, making silly faces at him. "How the hell did you do that?" Ocello stubbornly shouted. "I just flew by... and you didn't even bother to hit me.. you slowpoke!" Gregory taunted. "SLOWPOKE????" Ocello ran after Gregory with his mallet in his hands and tried to hit the cricket. Gregory was fast, and Ocello barely caught up. "Come back her, so I can finish my training!" Ocello shouted while trying to slam the cricket with it. "Not a chance!" Gregory taunted. Around the small planet, Ocello tried chasing after Gregory while King Kai watched from afar. "Ocello seems to have a short temper. Hopefully, it won't be his undoing." King Kai said to himself.

Part 13

Mumm-Ra stood frozen in his tracks as the "Deposess" spell takes affect on his body. Hystalin watches as she continues to inflect the spell in his evil brother. Mumm-Ra started to flicker as Muhin momentarily, but returns as Mumm-Ra. "What a stupid sister you are." Mumm-Ra scowled. "No matter what you do, you can never defeat Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!" Hystalin is completely surprised that her spell was almost completely unaffective on her brother.

Hystalin boosted to Super-Saiyin Level 2 spell and chanted the "Depossess" spell once again. This time, the spell was much more powerful. Mumm-Ra writhed in pain as the spell began to take affect on him. Mumm-Ra began to flicker as Muhin. As Muhin, he said, "Sister, save me from the demon that controls me!" Muhin then flickers to Mumm-Ra and shouts, "Silence weakling! I own your body!" Mumm-Ra flickered to Muhin and said, "For 3000 years, I was your longest witness to your evil Rahz! I am now going to take back what you took from me!" Once again, Muhin flickered to Mumm-Ra and shouted, "You will not end my reign of terror!"

Hystalin stood in shock as she sees that the "Deposess" spell is slowly tearing the demon spirit Rahz from Muhin. She tries to increase the power, hoping it would speed the process. Mumm-Ra would flicker as Muhin repeatedly, trying to gain independence over the other. In the end, the room is enveloped in a bright light. When the light subsided, where Mumm-Ra stood, Muhin lied on the ground. Hystalin ran to her gray-haired, light blue-skinned, ivory white-eyed brother, who was completely weak. "Hy...sta... lin... what happened." Muhin said weakly. "Muhin, it's been so long..." Hystalin whispered to Muhin as she held her brother. "I feel so weak..." Muhin said softly.

From behind their backs, a cloud of smoke billowed from the ground and surrounded itself around the scroll. It grows larger and larger. From inside the scrolls folds, the billowing cloud, which is Rahz, reads the words inside the furled scroll.

"Sister, I've done so much evil... I can never forgive myself." Muhin said solemnly. "It was not your fault. It was the monster that possessed you which is to blame." Hystalin said to her frail brother. "You are not to blame for what Rahz did with your body." Rahz's spirit rose to the ceiling and spoke in a very deep voice. "Even without Muhin's body, I can still unleash the Brood from its accursed prison!" Rahz spoke. "Why should I let you demon spawn?" Hystalin shouted. "You took over my brother's body, killed Sindara, brought unrest to my friends... you're evil ends now!" Hystalin attacked Rahz with fire spells but the fire would pass through Rahz, not damaging the ghost at all! While Hystalin attacked, Rahz chanted the spell that that was within the scroll!

Meanwhile, on Angelus, Devilman & Nightshade were spelunking in the cave. Nightshade flew at a very fast speed, yet Devilman was several feet away. Ultimately, Devilman caught up with Nightshade. "What are you doing Nightshade?" Devilman asked. "Following the magic swords... what else could I be doing?" Nightshade replied. Just then, a brilliant white light filled the cavern. Devilman & Nightshade followed the light and found the Magic Swords of Fire, Ice and Light... sitting next the the Magic Sword of Darkness! "We found them!" Nightshade said. Nightshade then pulled out the Magic Sword of Darkness from its resting place. Devilman picked up the other three swords and went on their way out the cavern, where Nocti & Acrapha were impatiently waiting.

At that time, Ocello was trying her damnedest to hit little Gregory, despite his constant wise cracks. Ocello tries to hit him, but he always just inches away. King Kai watches this scene from afar. "I wonder if Gregory is making it too hard for him." After another two hours Ocello managed to surprise Gregory and manage to pound him with his mallet, driving Gregory to the ground. "I did it! I managed to hit the damn cricket!" Gregory managed to pry himself from under the mallet. "Damn, no one has managed to hit me that hard!" Gregory snapped. King Kai called for Ocello. "Excellent job Ocello. You managed to hit hit Gregory though I think you hit him too hard. You've successfully finished my training. Now, the next thing you can do is wait until you are wished back. Ocello asked if he can contact anyone on his home planet. "You can... put your hand on my back and speak to your friend through your mind. Your message will get through." Ocello did exactly what King Kai said.

Part 14

Hystalin continues valiantly to attack the demon spirit Rahz. Every spell she uses against the creature is useless on it. While she attacks Rahz with her powerful magic spells, Rahz continues to chant the infamous spell. Hystalin tries her best to silence the monster, but to no avail. Muhin looks to the creature that possessed him so long ago.

"It's no use. Rahz cannot be hurt all in his spirit form." Muhin protested. "What can we do my brother?" Hystalin suggested. "We have one choice... I must fuse with Rahz and become Mumm-Ra again." Muhin suggested. "When we are one, use your strongest magic spell to kill us both!" Hystalin was completely shocked. "You want me to let you sacrifice yourself? Are you crazy? Why would you want end your life as soon as you fought back for it?" Hystalin asked. "It is simple," Muhin responded, "Muhin will receive his penance for killing everyone in his 3000-year-old reign of evil... as well as giving me penance."

Muhin left from Hystalin's arms and staggered to Rahz. Hystalin protested not to allow her brother to sacrifice himself. Muhin runs to the demon spirit Rahz and allowed himself to be enveloped in its mist. Seconds after Rahz chanted the final spell, Muhin & Rahz slowly formed into one. "Rahz and I are now one." Muhin shouted. "Kill us both now!" Muhin slowly flickered as Mumm-Ra and shouted, "You will never destroy Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!" Mumm-Ra flickered to Muhin and shouted to his sister, "Come on... kill us both!"

Hystalin looked onto her brother and see that Muhin & Rahz are slowly fusing again into Mumm-Ra. Hystalin immediately get a flashback of how Muhin fused with Rahz the first time and how Sindara was murdered... as well as how he became the infamous Mumm-Ra. Hystalin's half-saiyin eyes are filled with tears. In the end, with great sadness in her eyes, she chants the strongest magic spell she knows in her Super-Saiyin Level 2 status... The Holy Flames. Hystalin chanted the Holy Flames on her brother with every fibre of her being. Muhin/Rahz/Mumm-Ra screamed in agony as the spell slowly burned him alive. As Mumm-Ra, he screamed, "No! Mumm-Ra will not perish!" Seconds later, he flickered as Rahz and shouted, "My work will not end!" Seconds later, as Muhin, he said "Thank you my sister... Farewell."

Ultimately, the Holy Flames caused a loud explosion in the area. The room where Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk decided to settle was completely destroyed. Hystalin, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk staggered as the explosion continued. Sphynxorius even unfurled one of his wings to protect Kyttihawk from any flying debris. As the dust settled, all that remained was Hystalin, Sphynxorius, Kyttihawk, and a portion of the wall that remained standing. "It's over." Hystalin said softly. "Muhin and Rahz are dead." Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk walked to a saddened Hystalin. "It's okay Hyst. You did good." Kyttihawk said. "I know," Hystalin softly whispered, "but it's so sad that I lost another of my family."

Hystalin looked to the skies and remembered all the people that Mumm-Ra mercilessly slain.. "Sindara... my sister," Hystalin said to herself, "Orgass, the one who created New Thundera's Dragon Balls... Tygarius & Tigerlily... Snarf... Cougara... Tygra... Mumm-Ruzzo.. my sister, Ailura... I hope you are resting peacefully where you are right now. I've avenged you with Mumm-Ra's demise. It's a shame I lost Muhin too." Hystalin began crying again with Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk to comfort them.

However, during this touching moment, the marking that was left after the explosion was still intact and starting to glow and eerie shade of blue. The three turn around to see, much to their dismay, that the marking is still intact, and Rahz finished what he started. "Oh no... " Hystalin gasped. "The Brood is coming! We must leave immediately! The Pandora's Box my mother kept sealed has finally been opened!" Hystalin, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk immediately fled the scene before the brood slowly escaped their prison.

Meanwhile, Nocti, Acrapha, Devilman & Nightshade fled the cave to find the last of the magic swords. "We have eight swords now. Where can we find the last one?" Nightshade asked. "I have no idea," Nocti responded, "moreover, the magic swords do not detect any more of the magic swords being nearby anywhere." Acrapha then suggested that they go back to DeWarrloc Castle and ask Electra. Being the only option they had, the group of four headed off the DeWarrloc Castle to ask Electra if there is anything left.

At that same time, Hystalin, Sphynxorius & Kyttihawk sped away from the scene where broodlings would emerge from the wall, one by one. "We're too late. Muhin has won." Hystalin said quietly. "All is lost." Suddenly, Hystalin hears a voice in her head. "Hystalin, can you hear me? It's me.. Ocello!" Hystalin hollered in disbelief, "Ocello? Is that you? Impossible! How can this be?" Ocello spoke to Hystalin, "I've been on King Kai's planet and he taught me the arts of Kaiohken. I have something to ask of you... do you think you can find the Dragon Balls and wish me back?" Hystalin was in complete shock. "Didn't you get wished back already when my daughter used the Dragon Balls a couple of years ago?" "Wish? I haven't noticed. There's still a halo over my head." As soon as Ocello said that, the halo over his head vanished, signifying that he has been wished back! "Hot damn! I'm back! I just wonder why it took two years to get back." Ocello requested. "Thank you so much nonetheless. I'll be back on New Thundera in two shakes of a cat's tail!" Ocello took his hand off of King Kai's back and said. "I must be going now. Thank you so much for taking the time to train me! Goodbye!" Ocello immediately left King Kai's little planet as the crow flies. "Nocti, I'm coming back to you!" Ocello said to himself as he sped his was off of Snake Way.
