It's a normal day in Thundera. All is normal in Thundera City, where the city is bustling with life and energy. Nocti & Ocello are on their honeymoon in the newly erected city of Hystville. While Nocti & Ocello were on a rowboat, having a romantic rendezvous, the boat hits a small island. Ocello got out to get the boat back on track until he stumbled onto a what he thought was a stone. He got up, and noticed that the stone was shimmering. Ocello got the stone out of the ground and noticed that the stone was in the shape of a Cat's Eye jewel, similar to the Eye of Thundera. Ocello put the stone in his pocket, put the boat back in working order and continued the rendezvous.

Meanwhile, back in the ruins of Mumm-Ra's black pyramid. All is quiet in the dark and dreary ruins. The cauldron bubbles as if it was left on although it hasn't been used in months. There's an echo that fills the empty room, the sound of maniacal laughter. The stagnant air gathers in one place, by the empty & cobweb-filled casket. Then, it takes the form of a man. He has a jagged cape and tightly wound bandages, with a skin complexion of light blue, has long white hair that reaches down to his elbows. You might think it's Mumm-Ra, but it is not. It is his begotten son, Mumm-Ruzzo.

Mumm-Ruzzo walks toward the cauldron with a limp and looks in the cauldron. He sees a pair of lovebirds in a rowboat. What he's looking for in particular is a stone that's barely hanging out of the man's pocket. "Ahh, I believe it has finally surfaced." said Mumm-Ruzzo. "It could be the Second Eye of Thundera. With that gem in my possession, I can resurrect my father. I must get it without haste. First, I must rest so I would have enough power for the job." He walks back to the casket, closed it and rests so he could build enough power to get the stone.

Meanwhile, back at the lake, Ocello started serenading Nocti with his sitar and his beautiful singing voice. Nocti was so much into the singing, she couldn't see the flying object that swooped down by her. She turned up to see what flew by and saw nothing.

The day after, they returned from their honeymoon. Nocti & Ocello enters the New Cat's Lair and sees the place is deserted. Nocti & Ocello called for anyone... but no one came. They looked throughout the lair but only to find Ailura, Lion-O & Hystalin in the infirmary, with Pumyra tending to the wounded.

"What happened?" Said Nocti. Pumyra told the two that someone came in, kidnapped most of the ThunderCats and critically injured the rest. "We thought it was Mumm-Ra, but since he is long dead, we thought it would not be impossible. It turns out that Mumm-Ra had a son and had him dormant until there's a time where Mumm-Ra himself would be dead and long forgotten. His name is Mumm-Ruzzo. He wanted the Second Eye of Thundera, so he could resurrect his father. Mumm-Ruzzo took the Sword of Omens from Lion-O. Thinking it was the Second Eye of Thundera, he took the sword with him and flew away."

"We had no idea that there was a Second Eye of Thundera. We don't even know what it looks like or know the first place to start looking. Worse yet, we cannot do anything." said Hystalin in a faint, weakened voice.

"I think I know..." said Nocti. "Ocello & I could go to Third Earth, find some good fighters there, and bring them here so we could fight off Mumm-Ruzzo!" Lion-O was open to any suggestions. "Sounds like a good idea to me, Nocti." said Hystalin. "Take my Magic Sword of Fire. It might be useful to you. Be careful."

Nocti to the sword chamber and quickly grabbed Hystalin's Magic Sword of Fire. Then, she followed Ocello to the hangar so they can fire up the Feliner. Before they got in, someone appeared in front of the Feliner. It was the ghost of Grune.

"Who the hell are you... and who's your dentist?" Said Nocti. "I am Grune. I've been sent from the underworld by Mumm-Ruzzo to fight you. You will not leave this hangar!"

And thus a battle ensues... Nocti readies the Magic Sword of Fire and does battle with the apparition. Nocti gets into a defensive position when Grune strikes with his club. Ocello runs toward Grune with his iron fist ready. He pounces, but he is phased through Grune and hits the floor. Grune is not amused by Ocello's feeble attack. Grune strikes Ocello and barely misses. Ocello is weakened and barely breathing at this time. (Grune's club is made of Thundrainium, and Ocello is of Thunderian descent, so just being near Grune's club makes any Thunderian weak.) Nocti attacks Grune with her "Exorcism" spell and Grune reels from the attack. Grune drops his club to the floor and Nocti pushes it away. She ends the battle with the "Inferno" spell and Grune vanishes.

"Damn, that guy is tough!" Said Nocti as she catches her breath. She notices that Ocello is unconscious. She carries her husband into the Feliner and straps him which he's not lucid. Nocti fires up the Feliner, and jets off to find some allies in Third Earth.

The Feliner makes its way to the atmosphere of Third Earth. Nocti & Ocello land safely by what was the Old Cat's Lair. "So this was my father's old home..." Said Nocti as she admires the building. "Looks nice, but not as bad as the one back on New Thundera."

They go inside and find Cougara tied to a pole and surrounded by a ring of fire. "What did this?" thought Ocello. Cougara shouted at both of them to run away, but to no avail. The door behind them quickly shut tightly as they feels an unusual presence in the room. They turn around and find a cross-breed of a human and a goat, armed with a scythe. It was Mumm-Ra's former servant, Mongor.

"You've come to face Mumm-Ruzzo, do you? You will not meet my new master without defeating me first!" yells Mongor as he readies his weapon.

Once again, another fight ensues. Ocello rushes in to punch Mongor with his iron fist. Mongor quickly grasps Ocello's fist as he attacks, and throws him to the side. Nocti throws a "Enchanted Fire" spell at Mongor. He quickly blocks the spell by spinning his scythe in front of him. Mongor swings his scythe at the pair and misses. Nocti readies the Magic Sword of Fire, jumps from the wall, and lunges at Mongor. Mongor takes a defensive stance, but it was no good when Nocti plunged the enchanted blade of fire in Mongor's chest, quickly disemboweling the man-goat. Mongor falls as he feels the life drains out of him while the sword that is buried in his chest makes him give up the ghost.

Nocti & Ocello emerges victorious. "Nocti, didn't your father tell you not to kill your enemies?" said Ocello. "Well, he didn't give me much of a choice." replied Nocti. "If I didn't kill him, he'd kill us both." Cougara shouted from the pillar, "Hey, I don't mind that you two like to talk about 'kill or be killed', but for now... GET ME DOWN FROM HERE!!!!"

After the two untied Cougara's bonds, they talked about the current events about Mumm-Ruzzo. "You two don't have to ask me about it. Of course I'll help you." said Cougara. Ocello had a question burning in his mind about how his sister got to Third Earth. Cougara replied by saying that when Pumyra was needed on New Thundera, they needed someone to attend the guarding post on Third Earth, in which she volunteered. Then, Nocti, Ocello & Cougara left the Old Cat's Lair and continued their way to find allies for their quest.

While they jet off in the Feliner, Mumm-Ruzzo watches the scene in his father's cauldron. "Ahh... so they're gathering allies to defeat me? I'm looking forward to a real fight with the ThunderCats." Said Mumm-Ruzzo. "I will enjoy fighting against the ones who killed my father. They will know and fear the name of Mumm-Ruzzo! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!"

Moments later, Mumm-Ruzzo felt like taking his frustrations on someone, so he conjured up a spell in the cauldron. Mumm-Ruzzo chanted a magic spell the looked onto an alternate dimension, he sees a man and a woman talking in what looks like a university. Mumm-Ruzzo used his limited black magic to take the girl from the alternate dimension, and bring her to his dimension. Apparently, he was not in a very good mood, and he wanted to take out his frustrations on someone who was too far away to do anything. As Mumm-Ruzzo takes the girl, the boy follows behind and enters the portal before it closes.

"Ahh... I now has my own little prisoner!" Said Mumm-Ruzzo with an evil look on his face. "What is your name little girl?" The girl was too scared to do anything and felt she had no choice to comply with the whims of the evil young mummy. "My name... is... Miki." Mumm-Ruzzo looked at Miki a second time and said "How would you like to be a sacrifice for the Ancient Spirits of Evil, Miki?"

"Let my Miki go!"

Mumm-Ruzzo was looking around to see who was talking, but found no one. Then he sees the boy from the image of the cauldron in front of him with clenched fists. "Who are you.. and how did you get in my father's pyramid?" "My name is Akira, and if you don't let my Miki go, I will tear you apart my bare hands!!!" said Akira. "HA! You and what army?" Akira was totally angered by Mumm-Ruzzo's statement and began transforming into Devilman right then and there in front of Mumm-Ruzzo & Miki.

"What? You are of the darkness, and you fight the darkness itself? Who the hell are you?" Yelled Mumm-Ruzzo in amazement. "I AM DEVILMAN!!!"

Mumm-Ruzzo puts up a defensive shield as Devilman attacks. Devilman pounces, but he is unable to pass through the barrier. Mumm-Ruzzo chants a "Demon's Blaze" spell on Devilman, and Devilman draws back. "Leave now Devilman! You can not beat me alone!" Devilman looks at Mumm-Ruzzo, and his current situation. "Miki, be strong! I'll be back with allies!" Yelled Devilman as he unfurls his wings and flies away. Mumm-Ruzzo lowers his defenses and puts Miki in a cell with the rest of his prisoners.

"No where was I... oh yes!" Mumm-Ruzzo said to himself. He looks in the cauldron and sees the Feliner as it passes Hook Mountain. "I will send a blizzard that will ground their flying machine. I'll be able to impede their mission, and be able to do what my father could not!"

Mumm-Ruzzo used his black magic to conjure a blizzard at the Feliner. Ocello, Nocti & Cougara was unable to control the Feliner as its engines began to freeze. "The engines are frozen! We cannot maintain altitude!" yelled Cougara. "Then we have no choice... fasten your seat belts and brace for a crash landing! I'm taking this baby down!" yelled Nocti as she grasped the controls.

Nocti was able to crash land the Feliner in a clearing over the summit of Hook Mountain. She lifts the canopy and the three jumps out of the Feliner to take a look at their current situation. "Damn! The Feliner sure did took a beating!" said Ocello. "We won't be able to be airborne again until the engines thaw out." "Great! Now what are we going to do?" replied Cougara. "We'll freeze to death before that happens!"

Just then an armored man on riding on a snow cat came toward the scene. It was the Snowman of Hook Mountain and his faithful cat, Snow Meow. "Who goes there?" said the snowman in his husky voice. "I am Nocti, and this my husband Ocello, and my sister-in-law, Cougara." she said to the snowman. "We've come here to Third Earth to find allies to fight against Mumm-Ruzzo, the son of Mumm-Ra. We came here from New Thundera. We need help!" "New Thundera? Do you know that planet's ruler, Lion-O, Lord of the ThunderCats?" asked the snowman. "I am his daughter!" replied Nocti. "Ahh, so you are the child of my friend... very well, I offer you my services. I owe your father a lot." said the snowman.

While they were talking, a demon from the skies flies above. Then it quickly descend from the sky and hit a snowbank. "What was that?" asked Cougara. "I don't know, but it needs help!" said the snowman as he rode Snow Meow towards the snowbank.

Later, Snowman revives the creature that fell from the sky. The demon slowly awakes and find that he's nursed back to health. "Ahh, you've awakened. That is good. How do you feel?" The demon awakes and asked the snowman where he is. "You're on Hook Mountain. You've descended from the sky and we came to your aid. Tell me... what is your name?" "My name?" the half-demon asked. "My name is Devilman."

Nocti was completely shocked. She has finally met the man that her mother and father talked about for as long as she can remember. Cougara & Ocello welcomed Devilman to their dimension again. "Devilman? So you are the one my parents talked about!" shouted Nocti in total amazement. "Your parents? Who are your parents?" asked Devilman. Nocti responded by telling the man-demon that herparents are Lion-O & Hystalin, the Lord & Lady of the ThunderCats. "You are the daughter of Lion-0 & Hystalin... the one who I once helped fight against the evil Victoro?" said Devilman. "This is indeed a day of surprises!"

Ocello & Cougara wondered how did Devilman get to their dimension again. Devilman said a demon wizard kidnapped his girlfriend. "He was too powerful for me. I needed help!" Nocti wondered what demon wizard attacked him and his girlfriend. "It was a mummy with long white hair." said Devilman. "MUMM-RUZZO!!!" they all said. "We must get back to New Thundera!" said Ocello. Cougara pointed out that they cannot leave the area until the Feliner's engines thaw out. "If you want fire, maybe I can help." said Devilman.

They all went toward the Feliner. They noticed that the Feliner was completely covered in ice. "We must've been gone longer than we thought." Cougara said to herself. Just then, something emerged from the ice. It was Nocti's aunt's evil clone, Dark Krysa. "You shall not leave this planet alive!" said Dark Krysa as she readies her dagger.

Another battle ensues... Snowman used his ice lance on Dark Krysa, but Dark Krysa easily blocks it. Nocti threw an "Enchanted Thunder" spell on Dark Krysa, but is easily absorbed by Dark Krysa's ribbons. Cougara threw some shurikens at Dark Krysa. Dark Krysa blocked every single star, except one. That single shuriken struck Dark Krysa's stomach. Dark Krysa cringes, grabs her stomach and keels over.

After the fight ended, the magic spell that Dark Krysa put on the Feliner subsided. The Feliner was completely thawed out. Nocti, Ocello, Cougara, Snowman & Devilman got on the Feliner and quickly sped their way back to New Thundera.

Meanwhile, back on New Thundera, Mumm-Ruzzo has been causing chaos and destruction all over the planet. There was no one safe from the wrath of Mumm-Ruzzo. Those still in the New Cats' Lair couldn't do a thing. Pumyra was still caring for the wounded. There was nothing anyone could do but watch the chaos that continued throughout New Thundera.

"I will destroy the entire planet of New Thundera in the name of my father!!!" Mumm-Ruzzo screamed as he continued to ravage the planet. Just then, the Feliner was seen in the sky. Nocti, Ocello, Cougara, Snowman & Devilman has arrived. Mumm-Ruzzo turned around to see the spaceship that arrived.

"NOO!!!! I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE!!!" yelled Mumm-Ruzzo as he attacked the Feliner with his black magic. Nocti quickly made the Feliner dodge the blow as she counterattacked with a shot of the laser. Mumm-Ruzzo took a direct hit, but did little to damage him significantly. Mumm-Ruzzo quickly disappeared in front of Nocti & her passengers, making them think they have the upper hand. Nocti quickly landed the Feliner at the gates of the New Cats' Lair.

Lion-0, Hystalin & Ailura (they were healed by Pumyra) walked out to greet Nocti and her crew. "Welcome back my daughter. Who did you bring with you to help us?" asked Hystalin. Nocti brought out Cougara, the Snowman of Hook Mountain, and Devilman. They were all willing to help them against the fight with Mumm-Ruzzo. "Devilman? Is that you?" Hystalin asked. Devilman said "Hello again Hystalin." Snowman was curious about this. "You know this man-demon?" asked Snowman. "Of course, Snowman." said Hystalin. "This man helped me fight off against one of my most powerful adversaries years ago. I owe this man a lot." Hystalin asked Devilman how he get into her dimension. He said that Mumm-Ruzzo kidnapped his girlfriend, and that he was too powerless to stop Mumm-Ruzzo himself, so he came to look for help.

Ocello put his hands in his pockets and remembered the stone he found on his honeymoon. "Oh, I forgot, check this out!" Ocello showed everyone the jewel he found. "It looks like the Eye of Thundera!" Lion-O shouted. "It's beautiful! Simply breath-taking!" said Ailura. Mumm-Ruzzo was watching in the shadows as the events take place. "The Second Eye of Thundera! It's now out of the open! Now is my time to strike!"

Mumm-Ruzzo appeared out of thin air, and took everyone off guard. He grabbed Ocello's shoulders and took him away as he flew far from the New Cat's Lair. "Mumm-Ruzzo!!! Come back here you coward!!!" Nocti shouted to Mumm-Ruzzo as he sped away, flying out of earshot.

Nocti quickly broke out into tears. Hystalin comforted her daughter as she wept. "We got to save Ocello! Mumm-Ruzzo has my husband!" Nocti shouted as she continued to weep. Lion-O said that they will surely rescued him. Nocti was enraged at the thought of Mumm-Ruzzo kidnapping her husband. Her sadness quickly turned to anger as she blindly ran out toward Mumm-Ruzzo.

At the pyramid, Mumm-Ruzzo put Ocello on a rack. Mumm-Ruzzo turned a crank that slightly pulled Ocello's limbs, quickly waking him up. "Ahh... you're awake. That's good. Where is the Second Eye of Thundera?" said Mumm-Ruzzo. "How the hell should I know?" shouted Ocello. "I know nothing about any Second Eye!" Mumm-Ruzzo turned the crank a second time. Ocello screamed in pain as he can feel his limbs stretch and contort. Mumm-Ruzzo asked again, "Where is the Second Eye of Thundera!?!?" "Go to hell, Mumm-Ruzzo!" hollered Ocello. "Maybe you'll meet your father there!" Mumm-Ruzzo was infuriated and pull the crank a third time.

Before he pulled the crank all the way, Nocti busted from the wall. "Set my husband and your prisoners free... NOW!!!" demanded Nocti as she readies the Magic Sword of Fire. "You demand me??? I'm not amused. I'll destroy you first before you demand anything from me!"

Mumm-Ruzzo prepared his chant. "Ancient Spirits of Evil... transform this young and decayed form to Mumm-Ruzzo, the Ever-Omniscient!!!!" Mumm-Ruzzo transformed into his most powerful form. "You will regret the day your mother gave birth to you when I'm through with you!" shouted Mumm-Ruzzo.

Mumm-Ruzzo threw an "Demon's Blaze" at Nocti, which Nocti herself fends off with the Magic Sword of Fire. Nocti then jumps up, leaps from the wall and strikes with her enchanted weapon. Mumm-Ruzzo threw a lightning spell before Nocti could connect. Nocti fell on her back as she reels from Mumm-Ruzzo's attack. "You are weak, and full of anger. That will be your downfall!" said Mumm-Ruzzo. Nocti got up and threw a "Enchanted Flame" spell at Mumm-Ruzzo, but deflected when a defensive magic shield went up. "HAHAHAHA!!!! You cannot beat me, you feisty, little bitch!" Mumm-Ruzzo gloated.

Just then, there was a loud rumble. "What in the name of everything evil is that?" said Mumm-Ruzzo. "That sounds so familiar..." Nocti said to herself. Suddenly, the ThunderTank busted out of the wall, making a bigger hole, bigger than the one that Nocti made. Lion-O, Hystalin, Cougara, Devilman, Ailura & The Snowman of Hook Mountain came out. "Great.. I have more to sacrifice for the Ancient Spirits of Evil!" Mumm-Ruzzo stubbornly blurted out, along with a string of obscenities.

Hystalin threw a powerful lightning spell at Mumm-Ruzzo. Cougara threw several shurikens, The Snowman used his Ice Lance, Ailura used her "Bolt of the Gods", and Devilman physically attacked with his razor-sharp claws. All of the attacks did little good. "HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I thought you would be a better challenge than I expected. You disappoint me."

While everyone was fighting, Lion-O snuck behind to find the Sword of Omens. He, indeed, found it as well as his prisoners, but he discovers that the Eye of Thundera is missing. "What? How can this be?" Lion-O said to himself. Mumm-Ruzzo turned around to see Lion-O with his sword. "Looking for something?" Mumm-Ruzzo asked as he held the Eye of Thundera in his hand. "Without this gem, your sword is useless! You will never beat me!!!!!"

While Mumm-Ruzzo gloated, the stone in Ocello's pocket began to react with the Eye of Thundera. Then, it exited the pocket and floated toward the Eye of Thundera. "I should have seen it sooner! That bastard had the Second Eye of Thundera!" Mumm-Ruzzo shouted. The two Eyes of Thundera danced in the air for a few seconds, until it merged into one stone, containing the power of both gems. Then, the new stone embedded itself in what is left of the Sword of Omens, and formed a new sword. The new Sword of Omens came to Lion-O and and extended to its full form.

"I must have that sword!" shouted Mumm-Ruzzo. Lion-O used the new Sword of Omens on Mumm-Ruzzo, but this time, it did significant damage. Mumm-Ruzzo kneeled down as he braces for another attack. Lion-O attackedagain, sending Mumm-Ruzzo to the casket. The casket closed shut as Mumm-Ruzzo lies inside.

After the end of the battle, Nocti & Ocello fired up the Feliner so they can take the Snowman of Hook Mountain back to Third Earth. The Feliner sped off into outer space. "Now that all is done, how are we to return Devilman back to his dimension?" asked Ailura. "That reminds me, where is Miki?" Devilman asked.

"Akira? Akira, where are you?"

"Miki? Miki, is that you?" Devilman turned around and found Miki running toward him. They hug and kiss in front of the New Cats' Lair. "Once again, we are in your debt Devilman." Said Hystalin. "Thank you for helping my daughter." "Think nothing of it." Devilman said. "You'd do the same for me."

Just then, a portal opens and the Demon Bird Siren comes out and takes Miki away into the portal. Devilman quickly chases against Siren into the portal before it closes. "Well, that's it." Ailura said as she stretches her arms. "I think I need a rest."

Mumm-Ruzzo watches the events from his father's cauldron. "Ahh... the victory belongs to the ThunderCats. Thank the Ancient Spirits of Evil they sent Siren in here to get Devilman out of this dimension. No matter, as long as Lion-O now holds the "New Sword of Omens", I will continue to walk this realm to resurrect my father. In the end, Mumm-Ruzzo will be the winner of this war!!! HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!"
