The Parent - Teacher

The Parent - Teachers Association was set up in 1983. The following are the successive chairmen of the P.T.A.

    The main purpose of the formation of the P.T.A. is to take care of the pupils' welfare to link the relationship between the parent and the teacher. Every year the P.T.A. assists the poor pupils who are in financial need and gives away Study Awards to the pupils who obtain good results in the Standard Five Assessment Examination. It also distributes gifts to the pupils on Children's Day. In 1982, the P.T.A. contributed a few thuosand riggit to buy the musical instruments when the school band was formed.
