"Okay!" Kuwabara beamed. "Just leave this all to me!"
"Hurry it up." the other boy said. "I have work in a couple hours."
"You have five hours!" he screeched.
"Yeah, yeah." he made a face. "So? Close enough to a couple hours."
"Is not!"
"Go!!!"
"I'm going! Let me introduce myself first, okay?" he rung the doorbell.
"Coming~!" Yukina appeared in the doorway. "Hello. May I help you?"
"A...ah! I...we...wow...I..." he stammered, turning a bright pink.
"OH! It's Yusuke-nii-chan!" Ai ran over to the boy, beaming. "Nii-chan, did you come to help us today, too?!"
"Mmm-hmm." Yusuke nodded slightly.
"YAY!"
"Now, now." the older girl smiled apologetically. "Is this person a friend of yours?" she gestured to Kuwabara.
"Uh..." Yusuke sighed. "Yeah, I guess you could call him that."
"EWWWWW!" Ai complained. "BUT THAT OLD GUY SCARES ME!"
"Ssssshhhhh!" the other girl covered her mouth. "Ai! That was rude! Apologize!"
"But I don't wanna."
"Ai."
"Sorry." she said halfheartedly.
"Anyways..." Yukina sighed. "I don't have too many bags on sale right now..."
"Nah, I came to help again." Yusuke informed.
"Really?" she brightened. "Just come right in, then, I'm going to go clean up really quickly." she disappeared inside, holding the other girl's hand and dragging her in.
"Okay-" he scowled as Kuwabara shut the door and got in front of it.
"NNOOOOOO!" Kuwabara complained. "Urameshi, we'll just have to leave her alone! Let's go find someone else-"
"WHY?" he made a face. "There's no point. I have one more day left, remember?"
"SO? We'll find someone better!"
"..." he narrowed his eyes. "Is there something wrong with her?"
"N...no!!" he screeched.
"Come on, nii-chan!" Ai pushed the door open and sent Kuwabara flying into the street.
"Coming!" Yusuke stuck out his tongue at the other boy and entered the store.
About three hours later....................
"And what do you think you're doing here!?" a police man walked over to Kuwabara, who was staring into the store and tapped him on the shoulder.
"HUH?!" Kuwabara sighed. "Thinking."
"Thinking!?" he made a face. "For the last three hours?! I don't think so!" he dragged the boy away. "You're coming with me."
"HUH? WHY?" he shrieked.
After Yusuke was done helping Yukina............
"..." Yusuke raised his eyebrows as he heard a familiar voice nearby. "Hmmm...a...ah! Kuwabara!" he sweatdropped, seeing the other boy furiously trying to explain why he was at the shop.
"Are you a friend of this young mans?" the sheriff questioned.
"YES HE IS!" Kuwabara announced.
"Yeah, I guess." Yusuke answered.
"GET ME OUT OF HERE!" he cried out.
"Nah, I have better things to do right now."
"NANI!?"
"See ya." he walked away.
"W...WAIT!!!!" he screeched.
Back at Yusuke's office.............
"What?!" Yusuke blinked. "But, you can't close that place down!"
"We have to close it down, it's not making enough money to pay us." Koenma explained, rolling his eyes. "I sent you there to close it down, remember?"
"But..."
"By tomorrow, you have to send the people working there packing and ready to leave."
"..." he sighed, going down on his knees. "You have to keep it open, the bags made there come from the heart..."
"Father." Kurama appeared. "I beg of you too."
"Well..." Koenma blinked.
"Wait, I have an idea." he smiled. "If Yusuke can play the piano perfectly the day he was supposed to, then why don't you let the store stay opened."
"Well..." he repeated. "Hmmm...that's a pretty good idea." he nodded. "Deal."
"Okay." he smiled again, this time at Yusuke. "You won't have any problems with playing the piano, right?"
"Uh...I'll be fine!" Yusuke said, gulping. "Thank you, sir!" he rushed off to go back to work.
Later on.................
"So you have to play the piano perfectly?" Keiko scowled. "And you've never played before? Isn't that sort of impossible?"
"I can do it if I practice, right?" Yusuke asked hopefully.
"Well, depends." she sighed. "Let me see the paper."
"Here." he handed it to her.
"Hmmm..." she sighed. "I guess you can do it if you practice really hard for a long time..." she made a face. "But you have to memorize three pages, then. Do you think you can do that much?"
"Yeah, I guess."
"No! You have to know that you can, or you should just tell Koenma-san that you can't play! You can't just guess that you can!"
"Fine, fine." he crossed his arms. "But I need someone to help me learn it."
"So that's why you came to me?"
"Exactly."
"..." she rolled her eyes. "Can you come later tonight, then?"
"Sure!"
"On time!?"
"Mmm-hmmm. I promise."
"Fine. Eight-thirty, and if you're not at my house by that time, don't ever bother me about the piano again, okay?"
"Okay." he grinned.
