"Well, well."  Urd smiled to herself as she watched the group pass by.  "I think it's a good time to do a little 'love work.'  Hmm...first of all, I have to get that pesky sister of mine not to notice I'm here...and get that other girl out of here, too.  I'll leave it to that for now..."

    "Hmmm?"  Yusuke glanced up.  "Who's there?"
    "Huh?"  Botan looked at him, confused.  "What are you talking about?"
    "Nevermind.  I thought I heard something."
    "Okay.."
    [Urd looked down at them.  Whew.  I thought he was going to find me.  I have to give him some credit here.  He has really good senses.  Normal people wouldn't have even noticed I was here.]
    "Yusuke,"  Kurama interrupted, "I think there is something or someone up there."
    [Urd scowled.  Who are these people?  They definitely aren't normal.  I would try to change my appearance, but Skuld would certainly figure it out.  I have to find a way to separate her from the group...so maybe I could work with the other girl and--]
    "Urd?!  Is that you?"  Skuld called out suspiciously.
    [Oh well, I guess I'll just have to appear...]
    "Oh hi!"  Urd floated down.  "Sorry about that!  Did I scare you?"
    "What were you doing?"
    "Me?  Nothing!"
    "Really."
    "Yeppers.  Anyways, I'd better be on my way.  Bye!"
    "Wait a second!"  Yusuke stopped her.  "What were you really doing there?  Nobody normal would just hang upside-down on the roof."
    Urd flinched.  Okay.  That's just too much. "And how did you know that I was upside-down?  You're not a normal person, either!  No one normal would even know that I was there!"
    "Your rei-ki was upside-down."  Yusuke shrugged.  That's all there is to it.  And you're right, I'm not a normal person.  I'm a rei-kai detective.  Decendent of a yokai...but you probably have no clue what I'm talking about."
    "Right you are."
    "Thought so.  What are you then?  I don't call someone who floats in the air and hangs upside-down on the roof a normal person.  (Unless you're a magician...)"
    "Me?"  Urd grinned sheepishly.  "I'm a goddess."
    "What?"  Yusuke looked about to laugh.  "So your sister here is a goddess, too?"
    "Yep."
    "You're kidding me!  Ahahahahaha!  That's the funniest thing I've ever heard!"  Yusuke fell over laughing.
    "Yusuke!"  Botan rolled her eyes.  "I guess since you told us who you really are, I guess we should 'introduce' our real selves, too.  (Even though I really can't see how you could be goddesses..)  I am Botan, rei-kai ferry guide and 'assistant' to Urameshi Yusuke, here.."  she sighed.  "He's usually not this stupid.  I think..."
    Kurama smiled warmly.  "My name is Minamino Shuuichi...also known as Kurama.  My true form is youko..."  he started reluctantly, then trailed off, blushing.  "If you'd excuse me, I'd rather not talk about my past.."
    "That's okay."  Urd replied.
    "Thank you."
    "No prob."
    "Urd!"  Skuld whined.  "Why did you have to come back?!  You didn't come back to play cupi--"
    Urd clamped her hand over her sister's mouth.  "What are you talking about?"  she questioned sweetly.
    "Mmmmf!  MmmmmffF!  (You should know!)"
    "Yeah, sure.  Whatever.  Good luck in watching her.  You'll need it."
    Skuld bit Urd's hand.  "Yiiiii!!!!!"  Urd glared at her.  "What'd you do that for?!"
    "I WISH YOU'D DIE!"  Skuld turned away.
    "Well, I wish the same to you!"  Urd left in her usual puff of smoke.
    "Skuld!  Wasn't that a little harsh on your sister?"  Botan asked.
    "No!"  Skuld shot back, annoyed.
    "...okay..."
    "Hn."  Hiei appeared out of what seemed like nowhere.
    "Hiei!  What are you doing here?"  Yusuke glanced at the shorter boy, suspicious.
    "That stupid baboon started talking about marrying Yukina."  Hiei replied, rolling his eyes.
    "Oh.  Again?"
    Botan sighed.  "Doesn't he ever notice that she doesn't know what he's talking about?"
    "Nope."  Yusuke said, matter-of-factly.
    "Didn't think so.  Oh well, I don't want to ruin the mood for him by saying that she doesn't really understand him.."  she trailed off with a tiny squeak when she saw the look Hiei was giving her.    [Little did they know that Urd was still watching them from another room.  A-hah!  Perfect!  she thought to herself.  Skuld and that new boy should get together, so they both won't bug me anymore!  (That boy's a little creepy...)  she beamed.  I'm so smart!  Then I can work with the girl...ah, this is so complicated!  Oh well, I can figure something out.  Anyways, I wouldn't mind having Kurama for myself, either...well...I guess watching that new boy 'fall in love' with my sister will be funner than having her 'fall in love' with him...wait a second, if she 'falls in love' with him and I don't do anything to him...he'd be bound to kill her, judging by his looks.  Hmmm...which should I do?  .........  Maybe I should go ahead and try him first.  Urd stood up and invisibly floated over to Hiei.  Now I'll just sprinkle a little of this stuff on him...  Urd sprinkled the powder on his head.  That should do the trick.  And now the fun begins.  I just hope that this will work out...]
    "Hn."  Hiei stated again and then looked quickly up.  "Wha--"  he double over, eyes widened.
    "Hiei?"  Kurama cried out,  "What's wrong?"
    Skuld looked around, eyes narrowed.  "Oh!  I know who's up to no good..!"
    Hiei looked up.  "I..."
    "Mmmm?"  Kurama glanced at him, concerned.
    "I love you!"  Hiei jumped up and hugged Kurama tightly.
    Yusuke and Botan both fell over, sweatdropping.
    "Gah!"  Kurama pushed away.  "WHA-?!"
    "URD!"  Skuld cried out.  "What did you do now?!"
    Hiei pulled Kurama down to him.  "I love you."  he announced gruffly.
    [Urd put her head in her hands.  Whoops.  Big mistake.  I used the wrong formula...that one's for girls, not boys.  He's going to ruin everything!]
    Urd appeared in the middle of the room, a giant sweatdrop on her head.  "Whoops.  Sorry about that.  My mistake."
    "What did you do to him?"  Kurama struggled to say.
    "I gave him the wrong powder.  I gave him the powder usually used for girls...not boys."  she grinned sheepishly.
    "Ahhh!"  the redhead made a face.  "Let me go!"
    Hiei glared at him and said curtly.  "No."
    "Isn't there a way to get him out of this spell?"
    "Nope.  Sorry."  Urd shook her head sadly.
    "Great.  Just great."  Kurama took a deep breath in order to stay calm...and he also needed to breathe.  Really bad.  "Okay, Hiei!  Stop that!"
    Botan stepped over.  "Hiei.."
    Hiei pouted (okay folks, now he's actually pouting..oh no!) as Botan tried to pull his hands from Kurama.  "He's mine."
    Botan blinked.  "This is going to be much harder than I thought."
    "URD!!  Who were you trying to put the spell on?"  Skuld demanded.
    "Oh, nobody..."  Urd said, looking away.
    "Yeah, right!"
    "Yep."  Urd suddenly had an idea.  "I know!"  she whispered into her sister's ear.
    Skuld scowled.  "Don't expect me to do it!"
    Botan looked curiously at the other girls.  "What are you thinking?"
    Skuld whispered their plan into Botan's ear.  Botan sighed, making a face.  "Do you mean that this is the only way to stop this potion from working?"
    Urd shrugged.  "I guess so.  I don't even know if that'd work."
