This tourney was the first tourney and major event to strike the face of Animeigo. Sponsered and judged by the wacky mind of Number Eighteen. She has made a tourney which changed the way of role fighting in this arena without even trying. She invented something in Role fighting called: "Rules". *Laughs* This borught up a new style of role fighting which at first became very popular and has made some new fighters. Unfortunately like all new ideas it got backlash from many chatters (Including myself) That is not what this section is about. I will make more of that later. But for now here is what I have on the Budokai Tourney.
