2.) Easy navigation, readable text (tYpIn' LiKe diS, will not be accepted on the form and will automatically be deleted if done so), no pornography of any kind, or anything that requires a mature auidience.
3.) A valid link. Forwards will not be accepted.
4.) The HTML code given to you in the email after signing up, should be pasted onto the front page. If it is found someplace else, your page will be automatically deleted. (note: this will only apply to those pages that have joined the ring as of July 11, 99)
