Fried cheese is good.

Ed remembers the song "Peaches". This is because Ed is much cooler than the rest of you. Because he is Ed-sama *_*
I got 6 hours sleep last night. I am feeling somewhat better.
Children are incredibly cruel. People keep trying to figure out what causes kids to go nuts and shoot people at their schools. It's not that the kid is a bad or violent kid, it's that usually someone (or ones) pick on them every day driving them slowly to seek a way out. The means differ, from simply becoming anti-social, to drinking (or other drugs), and in extreme cases suicidal, or as we have seen, homicidal. People are quick to blame it on the media. TV or video games are especially popular to blame it on, despite reports that there has been no increase in youth violence in over 20 years. Obviously the failure is somewhere else, but everyone wants a simple way of stopping it. Sure, school shootings wouldn't happen if we took all the guns away, but if anyone is determined enough to want to try to kill everyone they'll find another way. Even an untrained klutz can kill someone using their hands. The best way to prevent such things from happening is to improve the overall environment, but to do that you have to have everyone's cooperation. Everyone would have to be nice to everyone else, and that isn't going to happen. As you get older you learn the rules society has for interacting with other people that generally keep people from annoying each other too much. If you ever watch a group of young children playing together, there's usually at least one child that the others will refuse to play with. If you ask them they'll give you a reason like "he's a booger head" or something equally frivolous. Now try to imagine what years of rejection like that must do psychologically. Is it really any wonder that by the time these kids are in high school they're ready to snap?
p.s. things like this reaffirm my faith in manga.

Need...more...sleep...DAMNIT.

Yay! Kristi remembers the ninjas! Don't know if anyone remembers the song though. ;_;
This week you get to stare at a Saiyuki image. As if there aren't enough pages with Saiyuki layouts. But it's Puu's fault (yup, I'm blaming her again, get used to it). See, Puu has been scanning scenes from the Saiyuki manga (volumes of it that I don't have). And she's been scanning a lot of scenes of Gokuu when he was young. And now I really want a Gokuu. He's so cute and chibi! *_* Anyways, the image of him that you see here I scanned from May's copy of the official guide. The big version of it is my wallpaper. (I have realized this unhealthy obsession I have developed for Gokuu does not bode well for Genri at Acen)
I got 4 hours sleep last night. And 3 hours sleep the night before. I have given up on ever getting this file. Instead I shall rampage and destroy things. Have you ever noticed that when you're overtired you're really hungry? o_o;
I took all my cds out of my car the other day. This may seem like "who cares?" but it makes a difference. Namely because I can drive without worrying about sending jewel cases flying around. Once you've had half your jrock cds go flying on a freeway offramp you'll understand what I mean.
Haha, it's a tuesday and everything is going up on time more or less. Aren't you all surprised? I promise to fix the link colors tonight when I'm at home with better tools (or at least not on an iMac).
