"no, i couldn't find it."
"hmm...then somebody must've took it...huh?"
a view shows Crono and his friends in the 2300 A.D...
"what..?" Artemis look closer, "that boy.." he stare at Crono.., "he looks very familiar...almost like King Chrono from the Crystal Age in the Golden Land..but..no..this boy is too young to be him. the king is much mature and stronger and independent..but somehow.."
"...." Shade stare at Crono, "can he be..?"
"[gasp]" Artemis saw Marle.., "she's so beautiful..just like a princess.."
Shade lowers her head, thinking...then she disappears with her falcon.
the Time Gate opens..

"wow..this must be it." said Lucca
"yeah..the 2300 A.D.." whisper Crono
the whole world is full with robots junk..
"what happened?" asks Ayla
"hmm.." Magus touches the ground, "the Earth's soul is drained away.."
"soul?" blinks Marle, "you mean all life forms?? even those monsters we just fought??"
".." Magus nod yes, "i think the only thing that's still around here is these junk robots.."
"...." Lucca kneels down, "Robo.."
Ayla went up to her, "no sad. robo not want you sad."
"i guess it's fate really does control our destiny.." whisper Crono, and shakes his head, "WHO CARES??!! let's go find our last key!!"
they all search the crystal key..
Crono is digging through the junk...Marle saw him alone, and join him,
"Crono..can we talk?"

"CRONO!! CRONO!!! CRONO!!!!" shouts Ayla, "LOOK HERE!!! FOUND KEY!!!"

"but crono!! we still have to talk!!" said Marle
"can we talk later??? we got more important things to do!!" smiles Crono, "C'MON MARLE!!" he grab her by the arm, and pull her with him.
Ayla hand Crono the Crystal Key of Love..
"wow..it's so beautiful." whisper Lucca
"Aye, it is indeed magnificent." smiles Frog, "let us go to End of Time. Gaspar knows what to do."
"right." nods Crono..
"crono.." whisper Marle
in a sudden, the whole planet shakes..!!!!
Crono lost balance, and the key fell on the ground..
"[ROAR!!!!!]" a Lavos roars and push itself up and out of the Earths' crust
"WHATTA...??!!!" freaks Lucca
"THE KEY!!!! NO!!!" gasps Crono
Lavos ate the key!!!
"GIVE IT BACK!!!!!" Crono runs up to Lavos's face....Lavos opens its mouth..
"CRONO!!!" Marle run to Crono...
"NO!!!" gasps Ayla
"CRONO!!! MARLE!!!" shouts Frog
the monster gulps down these 2 small humans.....and they're gone
"CRONO!!!!!" gasps Lucca.
Lavos swallowed them both.
"noo.." whisper Ayla, kneels down..
[HEART THUMPING]
"?" Crono opens his eyes...he is inside Lavos's stomach. he saw Marle, still unconscious.
"marle..!" Crono pull her to him, "marle!!! wake up!!"
"huh..?" marle opens her eyes, and look up to Crono, and blinks, "crono?"
"i'm so happy you're okay!!" smiles crono
"where are we..?"
"inside lavos's stomach i guess."
"ewww..!!" said Marle, and lowers her head, "but i thought we destroyed lavos long ago. how could he come back to life?"
"i don't think this one is the same one we fought. this lavos is much smaller..or even a baby.." said crono, and sighs in relieve, "luckily it doesn't have sharp teeth to chew us!!"
"do you think all these monsters come from the Dark Ship?"
"i bet it is."
"this lavos must be born from the ship monster..it must be starting to develop on our planet." said Marle, "crono..since we're alone..i need to ask you something.."
"[groan]" crono's heart hurts
"crono?? you okay??"
"i'm..fine. what were you saying?? i'm having these shocks nowadays.."
"first i need to ask you...do you love me?"
"of course, nadia."
"how much?" asks marle
crono hesitates, "why?"
"i have to know, crono. please tell me!!"

"then why do you..." asks marle, then suddenly the stomach moves violently
"whatta??!!" gasps crono, "something is hitting lavos!!"
marle and crono holds hands holding the pendant...
it begins to glow..!!
"?" gasps both of them..the pendant shines and glows real bright..!!!

lavos explodes!!!
"CRONO!!! MARLE!!!!" freaks Frog
"right here.." crono and marle got out safe!!
"WHEW!!! FOR A SEC I THOUGHT BOTH OF YOU ARE LAVOS'S CHOW!!" sighs lucca, "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!"
"[laughing] we'll be fine!!" laughs crono, "anyways, WHO KEEP HITTING LAVOS??!! WE ALMOST BEING KNOCKED OUT!!!"
"[BEEP]" a yellow robot appears
"ROBO??" smiles marle
it's robo, "i'm so glad to see you two again!!"
"BUT HOW..?/!!" freaks crono
"well, i don't know why, i was saved from the monsters that destroyed us robots. then i saw you guys in trouble, so i come and help out." beeps Robo, "now that we are all together again as 2 years ago, we can beat this Lord!!"
"Lord??" blinks Crono
"don't you know?"
"what do you think, sardine can??" said magus
"Lord is the boss and the cause of this to Earth." explains robo, "long ago, at the 600 A.D., a strange Dark Ship appears and landed on Earth. from that day on, it drains the life energy from our planet to feed their Lord, a huge mother alien, mother of Lavos. the royal family of the evil controls the ship. the only members left after the war against the Golden Land long ago was Prince Artemis, and Princess Shade."
"that girl that saved us from the middle ages!! that princess!!" freaks Frog
"that's all i know. i am the only robot that have enough bravery to investigate this mystery." said Robo, "crono, let us go to the Golden Land and get the ruby!!"
"[nod yes]" Crono smiles, "next stop, END OF TIME!!!!"
they entered the Time Gate, and disappears
not far away, Shade was spying on them....
in the Dark Ship...
[machinery]
"[scrrreeeechhh]" screeches the falcon...Shade enters the dark room..
the only thing that have light is the tube in the middle of the room..a small Lavos is in it...breathing and absorbing the life energy from Earth..
".." Shade stare at it, "it's growing..fast."
then she pull out a green plant seed, "how do i get this seed to grow?? i don't understand...does it need life energy like this monster??"
Lavos is growing another inch bigger..
"no.." Shade put the seed away, "i can't be like my brother...i can't be part of this...especially to this..Lord." then she lowers her head, "the Lord is growing too fast...if this Earth really was able to support it, all life as this planet to afford is doomed!! i won't let that happen...no.." then she stare at the monster, "you took my life away...and my dearest brother..!! i won't let this continue. i'm going to get that Star Ruby myself if that's the last thing i do!!! i swear i'll destroy you for what you've done to me....and my only friend...even it takes my life!!!!!"
then Shade walks away with her falcon.., "it's time, Interceptor."
