Ukase


A moderately tall dwarf stands his ground before you, glaring upon you, his complexion is rather dark, and mottled, hinting at his possible Underdark origins. His black hair is trimmed quite short, leaving a bald pate upon his head, his beard however is quite thick, but quite gnarled and unkempt. His deep-blue eyes seem to be of ice for all the warmth you feel from his gaze. He seems to feel nothing but malice towards you.
