aram khachaturian (1903-1978)

1) Spartacus and Gayaneh: ballet highlights On the EMI Eminence label, Aram Khachaturian conducts the London Symphony Orchestra. I spent years hunting this recording down, finally found it in San Antonio at a place called Sound Warehouse. Worth every penny asked for it, this is one beautiful recording, and one of the gems of my collection.





I'll add more as I find enough information to give a decent listing. I listen to more than I have in my cd collection, and by no means own cd's of all my favorite pieces.
